Gilbert was extremely professional, willing to help us find a mattress that would not only be comfortable but fit our budget. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase and got the best price. We’ve been sleeping so much better with out new mattress all thanks to Gilbert’s tireless efforts! He had a warm, welcoming smile, we never felt pushed into a decision or rushed. Gilbert made the whole experience a complete joy.

Worked with Kyle — he helped us find exactly the bed we were looking for with no pressure. Very knowledgable and showed us beds at lots of price points to find the bed that fit our needs and our budget.

Hard to have a great experience at a mattress store, but Kyle made our time an exception. He was extra friendly and knowledgeable, listens to what your needs are and got us a same day delivery since we had just moved up and drove 20+hours. To be honest, it’s hard to be excited about a mattress store. Quality bedding isn’t cheap by any means. It’s difficult for me to jump up and down at the thought of dropping some serious coin for something like… furniture.
Blech.
But after working with Chris, and spending a LOT of time looking over bases, mattresses and sheets, I am firmly sold on my experience at Sleep Country. Not only did I feel I was given enough information to make a truly informed decision, I felt ZERO pressure to buy. Sure, there was a little upsell, but no sales pressure at all.
I’ll also say this — after comparing prices, you’re really not going to find quality bedding at a much lower price. I decided to go all out and get an absolutely awesome bed for once in my life, and the 36 month financing at 0% was a big, big plus.
The delivery folks were polite and quick and had us set up in less than an hour.
I’ve had the mattress for almost two weeks and I love it. Best sleep I’ve had in years.

The salesman who help my wife and I was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was entertaining and helpful. When we first entered he asked several questions and wrote down all the answers from each of us. Based on our responses he was able to narrow down what he believed to be the best options for us.
Did he try to up sell us and provide us with all their options including the top of the line beds and available accessories? OF COURSE! That is their job… DUH. We as the consumer have to know that is coming. My wife and I tried every bed in the store and Chet was more than willing to describe how each one differed and why it didn’t meet our description of what we needed. The accessories were expensive but he was a good salesmen and we ended up purchasing a couple extras based on how described the benefits. An example would be the protective covers. They are expensive but I’m willing to spend a «little» more and take the risk that it could help extend the life of the mattress.
At the end he laid out all the prices and possible ways to pay. We financed for 3 years @ 0% which was nice because we went all out. Top of the line pillow top, base that massages and adjusts, protective covers, etc… We provided a lower price from a competitor and Sleep Country sold it to us for 5% less.
Again, this is not a discount store where you find a $ 200 mattress like Ikea. If that is the kind of money you are wiling to spend, you should expect to buy a mattress every coupe of years and not sleep as well as you could. I like to believe that the money I spent will last at least 25 year that the warranty the mattress and base provide. When you think of it that way the price is not quite as defeating. My wife and I had a great experience and we have with nothing but excellent things to say about our salesman, Chet.

I don’t recommend shopping here. While the staff is knowledgeable, they will immediately point you to the most expensive options and constantly try to up-​sell you. They did not even ask about the budget. They also applied classic sales tactics to pressure you into purchasing right away. I indicated interest in a mattress but didn’t want to purchase right away, so the salesman went to print out info on the mattress for me to take home. While waiting, he actually asked me for a down payment without even having discussed the pricing. Big red flag! Also, the salesman was not very respectful. I don’t take to being called «buddy» especially when getting ready to spend several thousand dollars.

Very friendly and helpful. I did some research prior to coming in. There was a bed that I really wanted and the adjustable frame was very cool but I couldn’t really afford that part of it. Lawrence did not pressure me at all into buying anything extra and was very attentive. I had previously gone in to purchase a frame for the bed in our spare room and they were friendly then as well.

We went to Sleep Country on a Saturday night and there was one other couple in the store. Probably a good time to shop for beds! The service was great with no pressure even though we told Lisa we were only shopping at this point. She tended to one other customer while we discussed our possible TempurPedic purchase and she took the same care and attention to customer service as with us. We came back to purchase a bed, pillows, and sheets a few days later. We did have a couple of late deliveries (one due to bad weather) but was kept informed and given the choice of several delivery options. I would recommend this store branch to family and friends!

Go else where ! i will admit when i came in to purchase my purchase the staff was nice. but very pushy and pressuring. the prices are much higher than other places. i have had my mattress for 3 months and it is still not «broken in» it feels nothing like the floor model. I had been in 4 – 5 times with complaints and was told that i was still in the break in period. i finally just returned it as to not deal with excuses and being offered things to make my brand new $ 800 dollar mattress better. I felt like my mattress is new i should not have to get a memory foam to make it better.. the return process changed the staffs entire persona. she became snippy and rude. i will not return here or refer other to sleep country. if you are in wa try the «sleep firm» in auburn Wa great prices, knowledgeable staff, no pressure, great customer service. good luck on your mattress hunt hope it goes better than mine did. oh and my box spring broke after only 2 months ! me being 130lbs thats should not happen

Me and the wife were the only ones in the store a few months ago, felt pressured beyond belief. Sales person was not knowledgeable at all. Just directed us to which bed was softer or firmer, thats it.

Don’t waste your time nor money.
The people delivering the beds are more polite than the workers at the store.
One of the workers seemed like he wanted to laugh at my dad while he was asking him questions.
