You owe it to yourself to get a new mattress, and you owe it to yourself to come here and let them help you get the RIGHT new mattress.
We worked with Mike Fisher, and he is basically a wizard. He honed in on exactly which mattress would be best for us within moments and, even though we tested just about every damn mattress in the store (and the Tacoma store), we ultimately purchased the one that he recommended. It’s been about two weeks now, and we are both sleeping through the night (something neither of us had done in years!) and waking up refreshed and well rested. Going to Mattress Depot was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made, and I know how corny that sounds, but it’s totally true. I cannot recommend this place or Mike highly enough!

This was our second visit to this store. The first visit was for a replacement set of king sized rails. This visit was for a twin mattress set.
We worked with Rob on both occasions. He was very attentive without hovering or being intrusive. He was also knowledgeable without being a know-​it-​all.

Robert was the salesman, not sure if he was the store manager but definitely knew his mattresses. I had one selected that I saw online and he recommended another which was in the same ballpark. Plus he gave me a discount on the bed and other accessories. Delivered within 3 hours of buying. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bed.

Brian explained everything to us and started out asking us just what we were looking for. Even down to boy or girl. We have been looking for a mattress for our own for about a year now and I’m pretty sure we found the place to get it! Thank you thank you thank you Brian your the BEST!!! My wife and I were in the need of replacing our queen mattress. We did some research online, asked friends and family for recommendations, etc. In the end, we ended up checking out Mattress Depot because it was next to our Costco and we’ve also seen the sign spinner frequently.
We (my pregnant wife, 3 young girls) went in on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t really have an idea of what we wanted other than it needed to be more firm than our old queen. The sales person, Michael, was welcoming and around to answer all of our questions– but was not hovering or pushy. Michael was very personable as well which made the process a little more fun than I anticipated. My wife and I spent about 45 minutes lying on various mattresses for comparison and to see how we felt after some time on them. Unfortunately, the kids didn’t really behave and were running around the store and playing on every single bed.
With family coming in to visit for a couple months we wanted to make our purchase sooner than later. I let Michael know and we got the paperwork and delivery arranged in a few minutes. He also asked if we wanted to buy a mattress protector and I declined, explaining that I planned on buying one on Amazon because they were cheaper. With that, he offered to match the price and I accepted.
Mattress Depot USA has been called out a lot for selling «second mattresses» or something along those lines. I wasn’t aware of that when we went in and nothing made it seem obvious, or how it might impact warranty. However, I overheard the sales person openly explaining all of this to another customer. In the end this didn’t apply to us, we bought a Restonic mattress that was new and warranted for 20 years. Only some of their mattresses are «second».
Delivery was scheduled for the next day (Monday) between 12pm and 3pm. At 1:21pm, Vincent gave me a call and let me know they’d be arriving around 2:00pm. They arrived at 1:55pm. The new mattress was put on our frame and old mattress removed. In and out within 10 minutes, and very polite.
All in all, great service end to end.

We had already done a good deal of research before visiting Mattress Depot USA. I made a recon visit this past Thursday evening. Lyle, the store manager, spent some quality time with me talking about the different Restonic mattress options. I left with lots of good information. The next evening, my wife and I visited the store and once again worked with Lyle. We tried seven different mattresses. Once again, Lyle was there and once again he was very helpful. We made our selection. The mattress was made in Oregon; includes sustainable materials; the price was right (and substantially less than I found it for online); the delivery and recycle of our 20+ year old latex mattress was seamless; and we ended up buying four pillows (two types) and a mattress cover… and once again… the price was very competitive. Lyle gets five stars. He’s personable, professional, patient, and not pushy. This was our first purchase from Mattress Depot and we’ll recommend it to our friends and family if they are looking to by a bed or mattress. Joe and Margaret

I needed a full size mattress for my daughter’s first «big girl bed» I went in and was treated great right from the start. The store manager Ricky gave me a great bottom line price and I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a bed.

Great, pressure free customer service, reasonable prices and knowledgable staff. I worked with Ricky, the store manager, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new mattress. He listened to me when I was describing what I wanted and asked me direct questions to find the right mattress for me. I was happy that he did not just point me to the most expensive option or try to up-​sell me at all. He asked about our budget and worked around it. He also took the time to explain the different mattress «technologies» available. There was no pressure at all to buy right then, but with Ricky’s help I ended up finding the best option for me in less than 15 minutes. Great experience overall!

Charlie was the sales guy working when I went on a Sunday afternoon. Nice and knowledgeable gentleman; didnt feel pressure to buy right away. Answered any and all questions that I had. This was my first time inside a Mattress Depot and I was thinking there would be more of a selection but there’s not. But they have decent prices.
