I had great and knowledgeable service! I have really bad planters fasciitis and they knew exactly how to help me! Schools are similar price to what you would pay at norstroms… But finally felt I found shoes that actually fit my feet!

I love the idea of this store, but there are few things that frustrate me. I work Mon-Fri and do not get home before 6 Pm. That leaves me Saturday only to shop and since they are closed on Sunday they are super busy and under staffed. When I do take the time to shop, most of the time they don’t have what I want in stock. I have tried to order the items in and both times I did not get any reply until 5 days later when I was told there was no inventory. After the second time I now just go directly to the alegria website where I can see what’s in stock right away and get the shoes delivered about the same time they got around to trying to order. Great idea with extremely knowledgeable staff but needs improvement to be more customer friendly to people who work.

Lorraine is wonderful, need help finding a perfect fit for your feet, she is very knowledgeable. My Husband now has shoes that fit him property and is able to walk a distance without his feet or back hurting him. I would recommend Sole Perfection for anyone that cannot find comfortable shoes. The measure your feet have you stand on a machine to find the pressure points on your feet and get you the perfect fit.

My husband found this store after his podiatrist told him he needed to wear better shoes for his foot problem. We went there and first of all they measured his foot. he’d always worn a 9 ½ and was told he was a size 11! We’ve each bought 4 shoes there and love them. I highly recommend them. Lorraine is who helps us each time and she’s very helpful. She will tell me I can’t buy that shoe, cause it doesn’t fit right, even when I love it… but she’s right. I like fashionable shoes and they have some great fashions as well as comfortable shoes. I can wear heels again and I hadn’t in a couple years because of knee surgeries. We’ll be back

Fairly good selection of shoes but be ready to pay a pretty penny for them. And the customer service was TERRIBLE! We stood around for 10 minutes before a salesperson asked if we had been helped. When I clearly said«NO» she said okay and walked off. WTF? Unfortunately, this was the same person that I had the pleasure of working with… ya not so much. First, she seemed somewhat short in our conversation and almost seemed annoyed when I would ask a question. Then I had to ask the same question 2 – 3 times to get an answer. It was really as if she was being evasive. She really just seemed kind of dumb to be quite honest and had little to no knowledge about shoes /insoles. We’ll either shop somewhere else next time or find a different location to shop at.

I so want to love this store, since it is the only decent shoe store in Federal Way. I have purchased 5 pairs of shoes here since they opened and all were top quality and worth the money. The Finn Comfort oxfords I bought in 2007 are still one of my favorite pairs. But I have an issue with their service. Yesterday, I stopped by with my daughter’s 3 yo Birkenstocks to enquire about getting them resoled. I was talking to the clerk behind the counter, when another sales lady walked over, got right in my face and said definitively, «we don’t do that». You would have thought I had demanded she drop to her knees and fix them herself on the spot! All I wanted was to find out how to get it done, if they had a mail in program or something. I let her know her attitude was disconcerting. No apology was forthcoming. The male clerk did come over and directed me to a nearby show repair store, where I paid $ 60 for the repair. Oh, and don’t buy running shoes here. They sold my daughter a $ 100 pair that was wrong for her feet and she really couldn’t wear them. I think they do a better job fitting shoes for middle aged and elderly folk who aren’t too active. If I need Shoes & Feet again, I’ll patronize their other store near the Tacoma Mall.

Today I stopped in and waited 5+ minutes in front of the running shoes, no one came over to see if I needed help or acknowledged me… I wanted to try on some Brooks and they didn’t have them below the display — only one other customer at the counter and the other employee walked to the back without asking if I needed help and stayed back there even though she saw me standing around(there’s a window). There were no other customers in the store so I can’t say it’s because they were busy. I’m not sure why the lack of interest in a customer, it’s not like I look poor — I have a nice jogging stroller and I’m sure I didn’t look homeless.

I’ve been having a problem with my left foot and medically was told it’s the nerve that goes below the second toe bone. My little foot bones are out of alignment or something. Lately its only my work out shoes that are least comfortable where I favor the left foot and can’t put full weight on it. I know I need to lose some weight like last year. I thought that might be the cause of my pain. Far as getting a decent work shoe, I have two pair from a competitor that has wings in the logo, but I needed a good insert to replace what I currently have, because I stand and walk all day long and it won’t take long for ordinary inserts to get worn out. This shop has a full insert that’s added a metatarsal support for the ball of the foot. It aligns the bones so when you step on your foot, the bones spread properly so the pressure on the bones is evenly distributed. I received good service here. Granted the inserts were over $ 42 per pair almost $ 20 less than a different pair I had considered previously, I took two pair with the cheaper price because the metatarsal support is a little bigger than the more expensive pair giving me a little arch support in addition. If you have foot issues, come here. Be willing to buy a pair of shoes that can range from $ 100-$ 200 though. I spent almost $ 300 on my last two pairs, so i’ll wait just a little longer for another pair of shoes. These folks know feet not just about the shoes. I’ll update later once I’ve used the inserts for a while. I hope to be able to put full weight on my left foot.

Awesome store. Husband has Plantar Faschetis. Angela was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Product has helped my husband’s feet significantly. Shoes are pricy but worth it. $ 60 for inserts but lthey last a year and were custom selected based on arch support needed. That is only $ 5 a month and you can’t beat that !
