Place is cheap very affordable, yet the worst nightmare for anyone living in an apartment is loud upstairs neighbors… Constantly blasting music late at night, awful screaming and singing at the top of their lungs (awfully I must point out again) They obviously know people can hear them, I bang the ceiling multiple times and they just stomp back and turn their music louder. Very inconsiderate. I had to call the police… And my apartment tells me to continue to the call them. You know how embarrassing it is to call the police multiple time just to simply tell people to be quiet? Apartment has given them a warning but nope… They still continue. I don’t know how many people live above sometimes it sounds like a circus full of people up there. I am scared to confront them myself, they aren’t the friendliest looking people. I don’t want trouble I just want my sleep… Blast your music in the day that fine with me. But NOT AT NIGHT. Oh and another note, the apartment was first infested in fleas my husband and I receive many flea bites and my dog had a few here and there. We had to literally scrub the place down to drive them away. Nice price but just isn’t worth all the hassle to live here. This is temporary living if you’re truly desperate

Please avoid this apartment complex! Terrible place to live. Loud, dirty, halls smell bad, cars getting broken into. Upon move in we were required to pay a «larger deposit» but upon move out we discovered the one of the leasing agents had actually pocketed our extra deposit money. It was then a hassle to try and track down a paper trail to show that we had actually paid. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra 100 dollars and live somewhere a little nicer.

Out whole entire building is infested with bed bugs and deemed not livable me and my boyfriend have ben staying with a friend for a month now. and the expect us the pay rent. When i first brought to the managers attention that our apartment had bed bugs she told me that «that building has had that problem for awhile now» by Washington state law we are supposed to sign a piece of paper stating that before signing a lease. Guess what we didnt sign. then when i told her i was going to put a sign on our mattress that we already took to the dumpster to let people know not to take it she told me not to do that and keep this on the «down low» week after week a new mattress appears next to ours with red spray painted «x’s» on them. We have been told and exterminator has been to our apartment twice to kill the bed bugs and both times me and my boyfrriend have gone to our apartment to check on stuff we find several plus living bed bugs… all we want is out of our lease and full security back… plus all of the times we have tried to contact the manager with letter or voicemail she has not gotten back to us.

My husband and I currently live here. We have no complaints about the staff because they have always been very kind and helpful towards us but the apartment itself is just not that great, but I suppose thats what you get for cheap rent. It’s about $ 600 for a studio, but our studio has a very nasty smell that is always wafting in the kitchen because of the sinks drain (I assume numerous people lived in this room before us so that sink has built up old bits of food and it’s just gross smelling and no matter what we do to fix it, the smell always comes back). When we moved in, there was a lot of dirt and dust in the cracks in the kitchen near the fridge and the oven. Near the windows and patio it’s very dirty and grimy looking. And the halls smell as well.
The apartment feels very old and I know that they are updating now but we got one of the few studios that weren’t updated yet with new appliances and flooring and counters so it is a bit of a bummer, but I feel as though they are just trying to mask an old building with new paint and appliances where the building itself feels very worn down and old.
During my time here, I never have had any problems with anyone. I never have complaints towards my neighbors since it’s quiet here. I just don’t like the apartment quality. It feels smelly and old and dirty.
The apartment has a small pool outside, a playground, a tanning and sauna room, and a very small gym (only has two machines).
It’s not a horrible apartment complex, it’s just definitely not somewhere you’d want to stay for a long time. It’s more of a temporary kind of place and I’m dying to get out of here and find something a bit cleaner and nicer.
