People right there no helping people…
So arrogant…

Not fast … They seam to not like there job (rude) … Better to go some where else (any where) …

This was on 12÷19÷15. They closed at 4:30 that day and I called at 4:10 to see if I can print a label to return my book back to Amazon. The lady said it’ll cost me $ 2 to print one label and she made it clear that they close at 4:30. I get there at exactly 4:30 and the store was full of people. As I was walking up, the owner was locking the door but let me in. I waited to get help & in front of everyone the owner YELLED «Hey, you in the hat, go use that computer to print your label!). Everyone turned around and I felt very weird about her yelling at me. So at the end, Im the last one in the store and she said that the computer services were $ 2.87 and I have to pay for the envelope. When I told her I only had $ 2.25 because she said it would be $ 2, she let me know it was my lucky day and she’ll take that money and let me leave. Everyone was so rushed and the owner didnt even care to charge me the full amount, which is why I am giving this business a one star. If there were 0 stars, I’d give that instead.

I went there today with a simple request of needing a notary to sign and stamp some forms I am sending to Social Security (SS). The older woman there was unashamedly, very rude. She wanted some «proof» (really rhetorical nonsense on her part) that I filled out the forms, though all of the signatures on my driver’s license, store receipt and the SS forms matched. It felt like I was getting the 3^rd degree. It would probably be a better store without her. I wish that I had taken a video to show UPS, what a disgrace this person is.

If I could give this UPS store zero stars I would. The Store Owner was very very rude and disrespectful. Went in with my friend because she was two doors down and the mail accidentally went to the UPS store rather to Office Max (again two doors down). He began to fit with her and said that she owed him $ 10 to hold her packages, because Fed Ex sent them to him rather than Office Max. He had horrible customer service. (I have been in customer service my whole life) I was appalled that he would even talk to someone the way that he talked and belittled her. We finally had to go back to Office Max and have the store director from Office Max go into UPS and retrieve the packages because he would not hand them over unless she paid. He had horrible manners and was not willing to help her at all. I will never ever go to this store. I will drive twice as far to make sure that he doesn’t get my business. VERY VERY VERY upset about today experience.

if you just need to drop off something really quickly, don’t come here. expect at least a five minute wait. every time I come here there is only one person working, and at least three people waiting to be helped. I find it annoying.

The gentleman in shorts with poor manners refused to spell anything right or address the package to more than just a first name. He kept on snorting like he was about to hock a loogie. I told him before hand that I had a coupon, and when he completely ignored this statement I showed it to him. He said ok, then rang up my box and shipping. I asked if he had applied the coupon, then he told me that it was no good at his location. I told him I’d take my business elsewhere.

First, I am must be honest. I am writing after just hanging up the phone with Fdwy UPS. So, I am a bit upset. I believe there is a solution to my problem which could be handled with one phone call.
Background info: I mailed a two boxes (approx 120) to the East Coast to my college student daughter.3 attempts were made to the building. My daughter lives on the 5^th floor (the buzzer is not working).
On the second UPS attempt, my daughter went downstairs to wait at the time indicated they would arrive. However, she discovered they had arrived earlier that day. On the 3^rd attempt, she left a note on her door and mailbox to call her ph when they arrived. However, she did not receive a call. She missed them because they did not knock on her door. They did not go up the stairs.
So, why am I upset with FDWY UPS?! Well, I contacted FDWY and informed them that I wanted the MA UPS to deliver package again. They told me to call 1 – 800 #. When I contacted the #, I reached the call center. They informed me that the package was in holding preparing to return to FDWY. They needed FDWY UPS to authorize another delivery attempt.
I called FDWY UPS they agreed to authorize. They called me back and stated the package was on its way to WA and would be reshipped to me. However, the package had NOT left MA. I asked to intercept the package before it left MA. He stated he couldnt. Yet, the call center stated another delivery attempt could be made IF FDWY UPS gave authorization.

I dont understand why the package could not be intercepted prior to actually LEAVING MA? So, now I have to reship the boxes!!! A simple phone call requesting delivery authorization to prevent reshipment is not only using common sense but cost efficient for the customer.
I’ve had several negative experiences with UPS. I should have learned my lesson in using this service. This is my last time using UPS! They have the worst customer service. Well, I sent two emails to UPS requesting delivery. If I receive assistance for my problem, I will gladly give a retraction.

The last time I went here (about 4 yrs ago) I would have given them 1 Star and that would have been generous. I packed up a huge birdcage to ship to Utah — had been in contact with this store about shipping it (they quoted me approx $ 300). Took it there — they took posession of it and then told me I owed them $ 900! Well I got my item back — took it to a freight company in Tukwila (can’t remember the name — maybe Alaskan Air Freight — where UPS takes their packages!) and paid $ 240!
This time I had to return a modem to Clearwire — walked in with my paper printed label and the modem (and cords) — no packaging. The nice guy at the counter took it all — boxed it up and shipped it off — charging me $ 1.80 and I was out of their in under 4 minutes — Awesome! Great improvement! Still think it would be to pricey to ship things UPS from their (it’s cheaper to go to one of the hubs) but was pleasantly surprised by the good service.
