I stopped by this UPS Store on ½ to ship off a broken cell phone to my provider. When I walked in, the employee working was on a phone call and promptly ended it when she saw me. She recognized the box right away for being a cell being returned, asking me to confirm that was the contents. She then printed out a form in two seconds, scanned the package, and slapped on a confirm to the form and handed it to me in a flurry, all while telling me that she was providing me proof that the package was in process, it would go out on ¼, and to give my cell phone provider the tracking number if they required proof of shipment.
I didn’t have to ask one question. She knew exactly what I was doing, what I needed and took care of it in one minute flat.
I’ll be coming back here based on the service and also because it’s so close to me.

Usually fast service unless the counter help gets into a personal conversation about «how’s mom and dad…) while we all wait for the hugs and pecks. Do this after we get our service not on the clock. Like i said this isn’t a usual situation. But it really annoyed me. I will still be a loyal customer for this establishment.

This place was fantastic. I called ahead to see if they were open and I got a polite, helpful employee answering right away.
Got to the store and they helped me right away. Got what I needed quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too. 5 Stars.
