Tully’s Coffee

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at this Tullys. This older woman named ‘Laura’ treated my husband and I like we were annoying burdens. We go in line to get my coffee, order from employee (nice young adult woman) and then wait at the end of the bar. I asked ‘Laura’ if it can be decaf. She didn’t even put the shots in yet so I didn’t think it would be a problem at all. Then she has the audacity to roll her eyes at me and lecture me of how I need to order it right the first time because they waste milk. I am shocked. She was just plain rude. Puts my drink on the counter and walks off. No «have a great day» or nothing! I’m thinking okay that was rude. I’m a nice person and I give others second chances so I’m thinking okay maybe she had an off day. But I was sadly mistaken when I go back a few days later and walk up to the counter and she says to the other employee «nope! I’m not helping her you do it» then walks away. The other employee apologizes and even offers me a free drink. Is this is freaking joke right now? And she still works there. I’m sorry but if she’s there then don’t go. End of story.
