I went here with my dad who has dementia. He had sat on his glasses and they were crooked. The lady who helped us was extremely nice and understanding of my dad’s cognitive functions. She took the time to understand him and her kindness was appreciated. Not only did she fix his glasses, she cleaned them and told us it would be no charge for the repair she had to do. There needs to be more people like her in the world.

Very Grateful for the great customer service given to us today at Vision Express in Federal Way. Mom broke her glasses a couple weeks ago and we’ve been taping them together. Today she was able to get all her tests done, see the dr, pick out her frames, get new lenses and walk out with new glasses all in one day. Yahoo!

To add on to the this business review they had told me that it would be two weeks for my glasses to arrive, they came 4 days later! So on top of my other raving review they get another 5 stars from me for great customer service!

Went in today for my very first eye appointment and I was very satisfied. Everybody was really nice, patient and seemed to genuinely like their job.
I was told that I had a stigmatism and that I did indeed need glasses. So I tried on a number of glasses and found the ones I liked and even though the place was very busy they got to me in a very timely manner and got everything down on paper and told me they would give me a call in the morning about pricing since it was past the cutoff time for insurance purposes.
She said that after my approval I should be able to come and pick up my glasses tomorrow. After a long time of bad vision, I am very excited to be able to see properly again thanks to the help of Vision Express!

After shopping my eye prescription around numerous places, I returned to the place where I have had the best experience over serval years– Vision Express. Selection was awesome, and prices were in line with similar places.
Service was exceptional. Lisa was a real help in selecting frames and going over options. And I had my glasses within 24 hours.
I’m a happy camper.

I came in to purchase some new «accessories»
I was greeted by Lelisa with an amazing smile, she was very kind and knowledgable.
Lisa assisted me in picking out new frames. She showed me a range of choices with a lot of designer options. Lisa also advised me how to make sure frames will fit my face type best. She made sure I was happy with my choices and got me out the door with one pair. Followed up with me on my second order. Friendly staff and comfortable environment to be properly fitted. Thank you Express Vision!!!

Nice office, Dr does a good job, but they totally over promise and under deliver on getting your glasses to you as promised. Both my wife & i were told ours would be ready in 2 weeks (which sees like a lot of time anyway) and neither were.

I agree with the other reviews, the staff was great! We saw Dr. Volland, who was young, but very knowledgeable and we’d definitely recommend him to any of our friends. They have a decent amount of glasses to select from, and are very thorough in making sure everything has the right fit. Our whole process from appt to getting new glasses went fairly quick, and they handled everything with our insurance with no problem!
