My interactions have been by phone as I asked someone else to pick up the final product of the multiple conversations required for one prescription because the endeavor exhausted me. The first call was answered by a gentleman who seemed to know many things about me that I didn’t know about myself. I called to ask if my prescription had be sent in by my doctor. This gentleman launched into a diatribe about having to get the prescription transferred from another Walgreens location since my doctor would have sent it there. He seemed unwilling to accept the fact that I had provided my physician with the address and phone number of this particular location in advance because, well, this location is where I planned to pick it up. After several minutes of debate and condescension, he finally decided to give me the benefit of the doubt and check for the prescription. Guess what? It wasn’t in yet. The thought of having to have that conversation again made my teeth itch. I called my doctor’s office instead. They promised to call me when they sent it in and they kept that promise. The second one was a relatively simple exchange regarding the refusal of payment from my rather shitty and inept«insurance» provider. Not really a big deal. I got on the phone and handled my business and blah blah blah. The third was a call to let the pharmacy know that the matter had been cleared up with the«insurance» provider and that someone would be by to pick up the prescription in an hour. The fourth was an automated call letting me know that my prescription scheduled for pickup in one hour had been delayed and that Walgreens was attempting to contact my insurance provider. I received this call 90 seconds after the third call. The fifth call was me asking what the fuck was wrong now? At this point, I was assured that all was fine and dandy and that I could, indeed, collect my pharmaceutical goods at any time. The young lady who answered this call informed me that the fourth(automated) call was prompted by the situation discussed during the second call. I get it. There are some seriously fucked up machinations involved in insurance payments and approvals. I don’t understand the algorithms involved in deciding who gets the drugs to save their lives and who doesn’t. All I know is that I don’t like being talked to like a child or machines that taunt me.

Worst Walgreens ever. The girl at the photo center is a huge bitch and didn’t know how to spell«Rose». So there ya go.

They have exactly what I want and need. Friendly employees. In a neighborhood area of Federal Way.

Do not shop at this location. They have things prices wrong and do not honor the marked price. This not only happened to me while I was there but also the man in front of me.

Pharmacy greatly improved — majority of employees there are great(still a couple of «bad apples»)

ALWAYS restocking, I don’t know if anyone ever finishes a stock job or if they just wait for the next shift and hope they do it… Nice staff but always seem to be short ppl. Doesn’t seem to ever be busy enough for them not to clean but nothings ever cleaned up and there’s stock every where. the pharmacy SUCKS! Got an order wrong 5 times, told my father he could pick it up the next day at 3 after screwing up 5 times… then my father went back at 3 to get prescription for me and the same person he tlked with the other 5 times looked at him and said she didn’t know what he was talking about, finally had to get me out of bed to get it right and talk to a manager the mtanager told us it would be ready in 2 hours and that insurance covered it, went back in 2 hours, then was told it isn’t covered and that I was a liar for stating the manager said it was. asked for script back since they took 3 days took it to riteaid and they had it ready in 10 mins after hearing about how I was treated here… great place for make up but will NEVER use pharmacy AGAIN!

Not the most clean Walgreens in the world. I have easily been to better ones. I had to wait to even be asked to be served which is upsetting for me. I am a customer service type of individual and once I have bad service once it rubs off of me really strong and I honestly can not stand it. If I’m waiting in line at your register than apparently I need help right?
