Walmart

I went into Walmart yesterday and when i came out i noticed my tire was flat. I looked across the parking lot and saw the Walmart Tire Center. I walked in and one of the employees was hanging over the counter with his back to me on a personal call. Never acknowledging me nor stopping to say i will be right with you. He hung up the phone and walked right pass me to the back office. At this time another customer walks in and we were left standing there looking at each other. The employee then comes out and rudely says «i am off i clocked out». Wow, never going to return to this place ever. I wouldn’t recommend it anyone. I looked over the counter and noticed another employee not trying to make eye contact then finally comes in and i asked for help and he acted like i was bothering him. The guy behind me didn’t get any help either. We both left and he was kind enough to help me with my flat tire. Thank you fellow stranger. I would give 0 stars if there were an option. So, rude.

NEVER get tires at the walmart tire and lube express on 314^th in Federal way. Most incompitent employees. Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Most of them seem high on something. They know absolutely nothing. And treat customers like dirt. They hustle and lie about everything. They give you the run around, then secretly sell you crap used tires that have been laying in their shop for years when I paid for new ones. Me and 4 others have been hustled by them. I learned my lesson. Never trust or buy anything from any Walmart tire center. I’m going to call Jesse Jones! I have names too. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This is one of 2 Walmarts in Federal Way. I’ve only been here once or twice and actually prefer this one compared to the Supercenter. It seems to be less crowded.
However, there is also a Target very close to this Walmart, so that is another possible option as well.

This place needs more cashiers. Never enough. If you guys want to still be the place to go. Pull your heads out of your butts.

Sponsoring a family for Christmas, I came here looking for toys. They had a good selection along with the regular seasonal stuff.
The candy shelves though were almost empty, just a couple things to choose from.
The gift cards were the same story. The same 5 businesses were the only choices left.
Not much either in the Seahawks swag area.
I saw they have a good magazine area.
The store was pretty clean and organized. It was also quiet which I thought was strange.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE… The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with is at this store. One of those is Natasha in customer service. She needs some serious training on how to deal with customers. After all, customers are the ones that keep her employed. Lack of training from management perhaps? The way she talked to me and other customers are like we are her employees. It was not pleasant I spent over a thousand dollars in three months period shopping there, believe I give them too much business and will try cut back and go elsewhere (i.e. Safeway, Fred Meyer or Target). I can’t use profanity so will keep as professional as I can. But if you’re getting grief from this individual report her to her boss. Thanks for reading.

Yuck! Only location that had a toy my daughter wanted. Will NEVER be back to this location and if I do I will bring protection… or my husband.

So in my ignorance i thought all Walmarts were ‘super centers’…no no, their really not
i went here just to buy… virgin coconut oil. their was no one it seemed working on the floor, i looked for myself first, i don’t want to ever inconvenience workers, but when i really could not find anyone i went to the front of the store, their were 3 women congregated together, 2 were younger, the other one a rude old hag, i directed my question to all of them, she answered …“i dont know anything about that” and made a hands up in the air gesture.
the one girl was helpful, but after this rude encounter, all i was seeing was the rudeness. my bf said «thats why its WALMART… your not paying for service, your paying for fast… drive thru service with No Smile.

There is never an associate to help at the Fine Jewelry dept or even any dept for that matter. I’ve been waiting at the counter for more than 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous how bad the service is. I had to dial up the walmart number inorder for them to send an associate. Horrible.

Worst Walmart. Dirty, parking lot is dark and scary for female shoppers. Store has very little stock and NEVER answers it’s phones in a timely matter. Really? 4 attempts to be transferred and then have employee answer the phone saying «yeah what’s up?» Electronics department staff need a refresher on a little thing called customer service. Saw a dirty diaper on the floor by the storage container aisle. Dirty. Very disappointed

HORRIBLE customer service apprently if u ask an employee for a highfive they call sercurity to escort u out an tell u your harrassing employees? i find that really odd when were buys 1000 worth of gaming systems. they really should find better employees who can handle people stupid fat bitches…

CHECK CASHING CENTER– DO NOT go to this walmart to cash a check, they are constantly changing the rules and it is an extreme pain to cash a check

I tend to be more of a Target shopper and ended up opting to head to Walmart this weekend to get a certain Apple electronic product that was on their website for a very competitive price vs. Target/​Amazon.
I placed my order via the Ship to Store option and when I got to the store unfortunately the item hadn’t arrived. The website was offering the opposite color of what they had in stock and since the SKUs were different, one couldn’t easily exchange. I guess they’ve had this issue in the past and the person in electronics (TJ) although busy had come up with a great solution of refunding my current order and then helping me place my order at a near by Walmart that had it in stock via
to get the better pricing (since the in-​store price was higher).
The assistant store manager (Mark) came up with an easier solution so I was able to walk away with the item I had hoped to get at a good price and in a better color than my original order. I was impressed that both TJ and Mark went above and beyond, it was really great customer service.

Embarrassingly bad customer service. Wanted to buy a movie. Unfortunately Nadine and Justin (two sales associates in electronics) had better things to do. I get that they were fixing a printer, but they refused to acknowledge our existence for about five minutes as we stood at the register. I then asked if we could purchase things there, and she remarked, «yes but we’re fixing a printer right now so it will be a minute.» Fixing meant wandering around discussing what was wrong and making us wait. No smile and no acknowledgment we were there. Had they been friendly at any time it would not have warranted a poor review and we would have understood. Finally she tells him to ring us up. Very kind of her. Back at the front of the store every register was backed up three to four people, including self-​service. Next time I will wait until I get into a different city for a different Walmart.

TIRE CENTER —
The employees work hard but they really need someone dedicated to work the front counter. The phone rings nonstop and when a mechanic runs to answer the phone, it takes that much longer for the then abandoned vehicle to get worked on and completed.
It took almost 2.5 hours for them to put on 4 new tires on my truck. And it took 1.5 hours for another guy in the waiting room with me to get just a simple oil change completed.
In all if you’re in a hurry, don’t get your vehicle serviced here. The prices for the tires were great but I had to sacrifice my morning and good customer service for it.

This has got to be the worst WalMart I’ve ever has the displeasure of shopping at. It’s gross and understaffed. Took me over an hour to get paint because the poor lady running the paint station was supposed to also be running the fabric cutting counter, the sporting goods counter, AND the electronics counter (which is all the way across the store from the paint section).
They have like, 14 checkouts, but only one or two are ever open at a time. And almost without fail, every time I’m almost to the end of the checkout line, the person working that checkout realizes it’s the time they get to leave, and they shut it down.

We came here after eating nearby to get some beer and snacks. They had what we needed. It was convenient. We went to the self check out, but since we had alcohol, they needed to card us before we could pay. The worker was sooooo unhappy to be there and seemed irritated she had to check our ID and press some buttons for us to check out. Poor customer service.
The bathroom, at 1p, was a wreck. Toilet paper everywhere (??) and no paper towels in the dispensers.
PS — they have a tire center here. Never saw a WalMart Tire Center before…

The police shot one of my good friends in the parking lot. He wasnt up to any good, but still go worry bout petifiles and creey stalkers lurking in this store. always 30 employees standing around talking but one register open! then they look at you like wtf you here for and get tudes if you dare try and ask them for help! and if your looking to return something get ready to be accused of the worst in the world while employees talk about their weekend and how dare you interrupt them standing around getting a paycheck for nothing! Seriously! and don’t even think of calling ahead to check on something in this location… they will just bounce you around on the phoneline for 15 mins til tellinrg you no (when you know damn well they have it) and slaming the phone down on you. really ppl go to the super walmart its worth the gallon of gas1

Feb. 11 2013 8:30 a.m. this walmart employees are just plain rude. Yelling at customers halfway down the store. If your garden center is close and you don’t want people going in, then put up a section close notice and not yell from halfway down the store because your too retarded to close off the area. She must be working the garden center because after I left the area, she went back in and started talking to another employee. I’ll stick to lowes or the nursey from now on. Avoid this walmart because the employee are rude and unhelpful.
