Wells Fargo Bank

I’ve gone into this branch once, and the interaction with the teller was fine.
There is one walk-​up ATM located at the front of the bank.
This Wells Fargo branch doesn’t have a drive-​thru ATM. It would be great if they added one for safety and convenience.

I just use the drive thru to pay my mortgage once a month. Have gone in a couple of times and they were really sloooow so I stick with the drive-​thru (average speed). Nothing great nor nothing bad about this location — it is what it is (average in every way)

Wells Fargo has always been the best choice for banking, hands down. I have experience with few other branches that will not be named. They didn’t bring satisfactions in customer service or in banking. One if which the manager teller tried shorting me $ 100 when closing my account. — enough with that, lets talk about why I appreciate this Wells Fargo location.
I’ve been here many times for many different things, from making deposits to closing accounts and jointing accounts.
The tellers and bankers are professional and efficient, consistently.
I am always greeted and dismissed when visiting.
One notable occasion was when I came in after calling the Wells Fargo customer service line about a faulty «maintenance fee» I noticed on my monthly invoice. The operator was rude and didn’t even care to listen to why the fee was inaccurate. She hurried through the call and brushed me off. So I visited this branch in hopes that I could address my situation. I sat down with a banker and he resolved the issue. He was extremely respectful and patient. I’m very happy with the outcome of each visit I have had here :)

i dont know what the fuss is about with wellsfargo but i have been with them for a long time now and havent had any issues with their service.
got online banking (free)
checking and savings
cards and a savings plan
the staff especially in Sitka and Federal way have been super helpful with me.
Automatic payments /​direct deposits /​getting check books all been user friendly.
