Michael’s Limousine

We hired a van ride to Bradley for our annual vacation and again Michael’s limousines and there drivers made our start and end of vacation so much easier and less stressful. A special thanks to all of the staff at Michael’s limousines!

We rented a small bus to transport about 15 people from our wedding reception to the hotel. The company was available and willing to work with us with very short notice. The driver was very friendly, and even waited up to 45 minutes after our pick-​up time in order for us all to get on the bus. He drove slowly on the winding back roads and hit a curb at the hotel, sending some guests into the aisle of the bus. But other than those minor issues, they provided the service we were looking for and we would likely hire them again.

I will start with saying THANK GOD we did not hire them for a wedding. What started out as a great night celebrating my fathers retirement was sadly ruined by Michael’s Limousine.
We ordered a 14 passenger party bus to go to the casino. The party bus showed up and immediately from inside the house you could smell it. This bus never should have left Michael’s lot! While waiting for the other passengers to arrive we asked the driver if he could turn off the engine because the exhaust smell was so bad. He was not able to turn off because he was afraid it wouldn’t start back up. The whole ride there stunk because the exhaust was coming in. The party bus ended up breaking down. Instead of sending another one immediately they waited until the end of the night to send one. We waited 2 hours in the lobby for another vehicle and it wasn’t even a party bus what we contracted to have that showed up. Numerous calls and emails were ignored and never were we offered a refund of any sort. Shame on you Michael’s Limousine (Jon) for your lack of customer service. My family and I will definitely not be recommending you to others.

We got a mini party bus for our wedding this past Saturday. It was great! There were 12 of us in our wedding party and we had PLENTY of space. We were impressed by the wood floor and the lights. It was a really nice vehicle. The driver was excellent and made our time really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company!

I am so glad I chose Michaels Limousine as my limo for my wedding day! The limo itself was extremely nice and well kept. Having a bunch of girls getting ready sometimes can take longer than expected! But the driver was so patient and full of smiles! He constantly was asking if there was anything we needed and when we had trouble with the stereo he pulled over to make sure we had some jams to dance to and have some fun! He was so polite and like I said extremely patient with such a large wedding party! The price was also one of the best I found and the owner was extremely nice and made sure that everything was correct and we had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this limo service to anyone for any type of event. You won’t be disappointed !

Have you ever been responsible for setting up transportation for a group of 12 and then NOT had the car show up?! Well I did and I had 2 hours to figure out what I was going to do… After a 5 minute phone call with Ann Marie I knew she was going to save the day and ME from complete embarrassment. Not only did she get a driver to work extra hours to accommodate our group she apologized for not having the car clean which it was impeccable when it arrived. She stayed in contact the entire time until she knew the group was taken care of. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN ASK FOR!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I would do zero stars if I could. Two shuttles scheduled for a wedding. First one left with ten people. Took a crazy way that took double the time it should have. Second one had double the people but they could have fit everyone on one. The second shuttle arrived after the ceremony was over. Couldn’t be worse than that. But wait. They were rude to the bridal party and threatened to leave without them with the limo. Shut them down.

My wife and I contacted Michael’s Limousine Service for a ride to the Celtics game. We did not want the hassle of driving in and out of Boston or even trying to park the car. Michael’s Limousine Service provided us with safe, door to door, budget friendly transportation. Our driver JB was on time and courteous. Thank you Michael’s Limousine for making our trip to Boston a memorable one.

Arranged a limo service for a friend’s bachelor party and left very pleased with Michael’s Limousine service. They arrived early. The driver, Tim, was a true professional who provided timely and excellent service, was extremely adaptable, and was just a very polite and pleasant person. The price was more than reasonable, enabling us to have a great time and budget more for fun. I highly recommend Michael’s Limousine.
