Pretty disappointing experience. Took an hour to get our food and when it arrived most of of breakfast was cold, appeared as if the waitress for got about it. Hard to give much of a review on a cold breakfast, but from what I can tell my California omelette was quite bland. On top of that we only saw our server when we ordered and when she brought us the check. Plenty of other good breakfast places to go in santa cruz, no reason to waste over an hour of your time on this one.

This place has a real laid back feel to it, it’s the kind of place where you decide to just sit and relax and have a that extra cup or two of coffee when you’re finished with breakfast. The place caters to mostly locals, and they do not take credit or debit cards.(Cash only) I had a sausage egg and cheese omelet and fried patatoes. The food was good, and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely eat here again when in the area.

Great eats and great service at an awesome price. Try the Mediterranean omlet with hot sauce. Yum!

Honestly, this is the only good spot to get breakfast in the mountains. Really good. Quality! Friendly servers, great specials. For some reason, Felton seems to be where the good food is. This spot is really good if your looking for some good breakfast food. Enjoy!

I must have come on an off day. I have been to Rocky’s a few times with the family and it has always been good. Their blueberry pancakes and omelettes are great. I decided this visit to get adventurous and order their huevos rancheros. The waitress didn’t tell me they were out of avocado and sour cream which are both on the menu description. Also, the description states«crispy» corn tortillas and they were not. When the waitress brought the plate she stated she would bring the remainder of my hash browns in a minute — I guess they had to cook up another batch. The remainder came about 10 minutes later. The whole thing seemed and tasted thrown together. I should have stuck to what they do well and not have experimented. I feel bad giving 2 stars for this visit but it just ruined my morning after driving out from San Jose for a pleasant brunch with my wife. I will go again and I bet it will be great and I will probably give more stars. I’m crossing my fingers.

Great food and service! This was our first time eating here. Service was great, friendly staff, and helpful w my husbands gluten free and soy free needs. He loved his gf pancakes and my eggs benediction was the best I have had in a long time. One issue after we almost left with a wonderful experience though! As we were telling the manager how good everything was and how nice it was for them to accommodate his allergy needs. She explained that they may not always be able to accommodate him if they are too busy. She went on to say that the Cook gets grouchy if he has too many things going on. We will definitely come back but it’s unfortunate that she reacted the way she did to our compliments. Also I believe that everyone should wear their hair up in a restaurant including the management anyone who’s handling food or beverages.

This place was a super cute place to grab breakfast. I don’t think their food was anything over the top or different that I’ve never had before. I had the egg Benedict, it was really good. The place is what makes the experience though. It’s decorated and kept very cozy and cabin like, which is well fit for the environment it’s around.

Stopped in on a short road trip and was very pleased. We had a California omelette with hash browns and the eggs Benedict with home fries. It was really good and the service was great. The team really works well together with a sense of urgency. The only downsides would be its cash or check only, however the prices being good probably make up for it. The restroom could use an update.

Came here for breakfast and got there in time to find parking! The lot is small and private. It’s a small café and with our group of 6 we were seated towards the side front of the café at a picnic style type of table. It’s a private room and there was even an ATM machine in the corner. This café is cash only, so be prepared to have some cash on you. I ordered the pancakes short stack with Italian sausage, scrambled eggs and added blueberries to my pancakes. It was super filling but very good. We waited a long time for the food but they were probably backed up from the morning rush. The price was average, probably no more than $ 10. The service was great and everyone was very nice & welcoming. I will come back if I’m ever in the area again.

No Veterans Day Special Had to take grandpa into Santa Cruz with the family to get him a free pancake for keeping us safe while he fought at war and we were safe in our beds. SHAME on you!

Had a lovey experience here. Not from the area, was just passing thru checking out Camp Campbell in Boulder Creek! Really wanted some trad breakfast! Opened up Unilocal and found Rocky’s! It was quite busy although we were sat at a table inside of 5 mins. We were offers child seating(We are 2 with a 9mo old). Our order was taken very quickly and coffee arrived inside of 3 mins after ordering. Refills were prompt! The 2 ladies serving us were very helpful despite being quite busy, they made sure we had everything we needed for our child. I had the 2 eggs breakfast with bacon & Hash browns! I added Avo, everything was served awesome and promptly. Maybe 12−15mins wait, a perfect amount of time for Coffee! The bacon actually was some of the best I’ve had! Really tasty and perfectly cooked! I’d recommend this place to all! Family friendly, wonderful staff, great food and reasonably priced! Thanks Rocky’s!

Too many boring potatoes with my hamburger. The cheese on the burger was disgusting. Not at all a lasting memory.

What a rip off tourist trap! Over $ 7 for a grilled cheese we got for our child that uses a store bought cheese single i.e. fake processed cheese! $ 2 for a can of COKE! Oh and they don’t take credit cards. Cash or check only! Seriously! So credit card companies charge a processing fee. that is the cost of doing business. Never again. The two stars are for the nice server who did everything herself from taking orders to bringing food out to getting our checks to checking us out.

Been here a few times and it’s ok but there’s not much of a choice in Felton. But this time I thought I was getting a boost in service. I really wanted the eggs benedict but it’s too much food and the wonderful waitress said I could have a half order. Perfect! I said. Then the bill came, I was charged for a full order, so the moral of the story is to ask if there’s a reduction in price for a half order. Had I known, I would have ordered something else and saved the money.

Good breakfast, excellent Spanish omelet, home fries. Service was perfect. Sat outdoors, which was nice, except for noise from the highway. Not too bad though. We will return and try other things.

Where do I begin. Well the food and service were pretty good. Nothing special or extraordinary. Rocky’s isnt very accessible to people that have difficulty with stairs, if your in a window ledge seat you cant lean back without the edge jabbing you in the back due to it sticking out from the wall. Not the most comfortable place to eat at. They serve soda from cans, but at least you get a glass with ice Cash or checks only, like back in the 1940’s Rocky’s is definitly not some place I’d continue to go to very often, actually once is probably enough
