Horrible AT&T. Associates know nothing about UVerse or what they are setting up. Was told my set up would be totally different than what I ended up getting. When I contacted the store to resolve the issue they just told me what I wanted to hear. When I asked about how to cancel they told me to just take all my equipment to UPS and they would ship it off.

Would have given no stars if that was an oprion. Walked in to pay my bill at the kiosk. The 2 girls at the door said nothing to me as I walked in or when I left. They were in their own conversation and barely opened the door for me they were standing in front of. I felt like I was bothering them and they didn’t care about the customers.

The renovated AT&T stores are pretty darn nice facilities, but the wait times still kill me… II was running errands in the area and needed help getting my new phone activated so I thought it would be a good idea to stop by this AT&T location. It was, because the customer service was great but the wait took forever! They are also really vague on how long it takes for waits… I had 2 people waiting in front of me and waited for about 45 minutes. They need at ETA or something. Maybe SeatMe? This location is an official retailer and has really nice facilities. I’ll be back.

I needed to change my television service. Went in last Sunday. Gaby was our fabulous attendant. Gaby was recommended. She served us well. And it didn’t take that long to set up our requirements and installation. Signed up for new service with an acceptable bundled price, as I’ve already got AT&T for internet access. Rickie came Tuesday to install, just two days later. His arrival window was 11 a.m.-1 p.m., and he arrived at 11:30 a.m. He did a great job! And it works great.
