FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I was running errands out here and needed to get some printing from a FedEx shop. I checked my Unilocal app and quickly found this location. I had no idea this was right here! It worked out perfectly.
I popped in and out in not time. I needed 5 signs printed, laminated, and those little holders to make them stand up. They were friendly and fast, pretty much all you need form a FedEx print center. They have great customer service and understand their busy business-​centered customer.

This place is alright when you are in a jam. Usually there are some very nice people that are very helpful. My visit last week wasn’t so nice. I walked in needing to print out some documents and then fax them out. First of all, I think that they programmed their computers to work very slowly, thus artificially will add more time and making your session much more expensive.
And the scanning software was not updated with their now Windows 7. Thus when I tried to compile one .pdf document to email it out, the software wouldn’t allow it. I then asked the man behind the counter for help, and he made an assumption that I didn’t follow the directions, however I showed him that I did so.
He then told me to make separate scans and he would help me compile them into one file. I said screw it and decided to make a fax.
That was a mistake. Their fax prices are completely outrageous. Keep in mind that most phone plans allow FREE calling inside the United States. How can FedEx justify a $ 2 per page fee? I ended up paying well over $ 30 to fax a 17 page document. I could have just bought my own fax machine or scanner for that amount!
If you need to ship stuff, by all means, I recommend this place. However, if you need printing and data services, avoid like the plague!

This place rocks my world! I have been here a couple of times in the past, but this time takes the cake. Yesterday, I brought over the last of my brother’s boxes (7 to be exact). Some of them were heavy! I am not supposed to pickup heavy boxes due to bad knees. A kind employee by the name of Bryan (methinks) helped me carry out the boxes from my car to the cart & into the store. He did everything unlike the location on S. Lindbergh. I didn’t have to do anything other than wait for my receipt. Thanx, Bryan for your assistance & for making it much easier on me! My knees thank you. Now this is what I call customer service! Employees who actually care about their customers!
