I’ve lived in this area forever and this is the best Chinese place ever. The inside could use a little remodeling but the service is fast and the food, portions, and price is amazing

The BEST Chinese food in St. Louis. Please never leave Fenton. The chicken fried rice, general tso’s chicken and crab Rangoon are my families go to. The crab Rangoon is sweet, which i love. It’s surprising and delicious!

It’s hard to find good Chinese food and I’m mostly disappointed but Panda had excellent food. Big chunks of chicken and beef. The staff was very friendly. The only complaints I have are the crab rangoon filling wasn’t as thick as I usually like, it was of the consistency of yogurt but a good taste. Additionally the restaurant itself could use some cleaning up. Handwritten paper signs and boxes cluttered the front area. I’d give it 5 stars based solely on food but I have avoided the place merely for the looks and only went tonight as it was close and showed good reviews.

Worst chinese i have ever had. Ordered lunch special sesame chicken which came with crab rangoon. Chicken was drenched in sauce as was the rice in it plus some, overbreaded chicken and on top of that crab rangoon was undercooked, still pale in color and i could taste the dough not being cooked all the way. Do not recommend, no matter how hungry you are.

Worst Chinese food I have had in a long time. I can’t even believe some of the good reviews this place has gotten. The reviews on here are the only reason we decided to try them. I love Crab Rangoon so I was excited to have some since another reviewer said it was the best they ever had… WHEREHAVEYOUBEENEATING?! Worst Crab Rangoon ever, hands down. I don’t even know what was inside there. it looked like some thick lumpy yogurt with a speck of red in it to look like there MIGHT be some crab. Sesame Chicken was mushy. My boyfriend had the sweet and sour chicken and he was not impressed. how do you mess up sweet and sour chicken?! If you think this place is good then you have never had Bai Wei. they may not be the best but they are FAR better than this place. Will never go back here.

Great food and they let you get as much condiments you want and fortune cookies. I replace it to my go to Chinese food fix after a bad experience at grand wok and im not looking back. Food is always packaged correct and never experienced a spill yet. Containers are always heaping full but no spills

I love this place. I’ve never eaten inside, I always get my food to go. Never had a problem with my food, always fresh and hot, and tastes amazing. They are very fast too! They don’t deliver, that’s the only downside I’ve got though. Other than that, they are excellent!

Wow. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. After reading all the reviews I was excited to try this. But it was very… blah. Brown sauce on both the chicken broccoli and general Tsos chicken, the crab Rangoon filling was runny and sweet… crab Rangoon are not supposed to be sweet. The sweet and sour chicken was greasy. If you want great Chinese food go to yen Ching on Brentwood and order the yen Ching beef and THEIR crab Rangoon.

A tiny place in a shopping center. Doesn’t look like much — probably scares a few away, honestly, appearances are not Panda’s strong suit. But some of the best egg drop soup I’ve ever had and shrimp with garlic sauce and a drink for seven bucks altogether? I don’t have cause to complain. Occasionally the owners will argue loudly in Chinese and you get to listen in — you have to, you’re sitting right there. I just play on my phone and pretend I don’t hear anything. Their Singapore noodles are spiced perfectly, although lately I’ve found myself leaning more towards the aforementioned shrimp with garlic sauce. It’s not goopy, over-sweet, or over-spicy like it can be at other places. Spread out over white rice and you’re set to eat for two days. If you eat in, you can package up your leftovers yourself at the shelf in the middle of the dining area. The only other downside is that they don’t have a website where you can view the menu, so be sure to go and pick out your favorite things after you’ve tried it all.

This is probably one of the best Chinese places in the Fenton area. Been going here for years! Their fried rice is prepared perfectly. Whenever I want some Chinese, this is the first place I go! Prices are decent and service is fast!

If you ask me, this is the best Chinese restaurant around. I’ve been to some of the others in the area, and although the food is good, something is missing. Not so at Panda. Their food is great, with all the flavor I have come to expect. In fact, I think that this place has even surpassed the place back home I use as the measuring stick for informal Chinese restaurants such as this. Panda has a good selection of dishes, and so you should be able to find whatever you are looking for. I especially like their Singapore noodles, though I think they call it Singapore Mai Fun or something like that. They have special lunch and dinner menus, and if you order one of about 25 – 30 dishes on either, you get pork fried rice and your choice of an egg roll or crab Rangoon. You can’t go wrong! Also, their portion sizes are large enough that I can always get 2 meals out of whatever I get there. Most recently, I got their Szechuan Chicken which was very good. They are fairly quick to get you your food, and although the dining area is fairly small, there is enough seating there that you could probably get a table without any trouble. The ambience is nothing to write home about, though there is nice picture of the Great Wall of China hanging up. This is my go-to Chinese place and I recommend it to anyone looking for some good, quick Chinese food.

I love this place! Not exactly on my diet, but they always deliver hot delicious food at a great price! The young guy who works the phone and register is SUPER friendly and efficient. Try this place out if you’re in the mood for carry out tonight!

Found the place one day and thought I would try and it was good, the lunch size portions are like dinner size, they are clean, fast and good tasting food!

This is a great place to get food poisoning! I am speaking from experience. Look around before you pick the food up. It is a dirty place. Eat at your own risk!

Count this as yet another Chinese place where the people have mistaken me for being Korean for months. I honestly don’t have much of an amusing story for this one. With that said, this is one of those places where you can easily get 2 meals out of a single lunch special. Aside from that they’re pretty run of the mill. With that in mind, all the other Chinese takeout places in the area were either not as good, or far more expensive. This is by far the favorite spot of one of my regular lunch-mates so I come here a lot. Check out their shrimp in lobster sauce. It’s a pretty overlooked Chinese takeout dish that’s pretty delicious.

The best Chinese take out place in the area. The place is kind of a hole in the wall and shoved in a plaza that you probably wouldn’t stop at normally. I usually get the general tso’s chicken and it’s always very good. Their crab rangoon is SO good as well. The people there are friendly and your order is done quickly. I would definitely recommend this place.

I’m always looking for good Chinese take out and like Mexican, it is hard to find a stand out. This place is close to my house, so I thought I would give it a shot. The counter person was super friendly even though he did not speak English well. He wasn’t bashful to talk to me and was very happy. I ordered a quart of chicken fried rice, eight crab ran goon and a quart of chicken and broccoli. The total was about $ 20 and it took not more than five minutes for the order to be ready. The bag must have weighed ten pounds. When I got home, everything looked great. The food was heaping out of the containers and could feed at least four people. Unfortunately the quick service, low cost and abundant portions were the best part. The food was just okay. There just wasn’t that much flavor. Usually when I go Chinese, I can just order fried rice and be fine. This was very filling, but I had to add salt to get some flavor out of it. The crab ran goon was pretty good, but the chicken and broccoli was about as bland as the rice. I wouldn’t avoid this place, I may even go back, but my quest will continue for a close proximity regular Chinese take out joint.

After trying the numerous Chinese places in Fenton, I would never go anywhere else besides Panda. Food is absolutely delicious and fast. If you order a combination meal, not only is it enough food for 3 meals, it comes with rice and egg roll(you can substitute crab Rangoon). About the crab Rangoon… They are absolutely the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they are home made, with real crab, and they have a sweetness to them. They are addictive. I also enjoy the steamed dumplings. All in all, the amount of food you get for the price can’t be beat and it’s simply delicious.

I am hoping my experience here was a one-time thing as I was pretty disappointed. I ordered take-out for four people and got a side of Hot-and-Sour soup. The process to order was extremely difficult as the person taking the order did not speak very good English, which will affect this entire meal, unfortunately. When we picked up the order, every single dish was wrong. Not just a small mistake here and there but, as an example, instead of Kung-Pao chicken, we received sweet and sour chicken. They had to re-cook everything. We received profuse apologies from the guy at the counter and someone else explained that it was the boss that took the order — which he doesn’t usually do. I may give this place a second chance, since I am told it is usually pretty good, but I think I may wait a while.
