Red robin has been one of our favorites. Great menu and the burgers are some Of the best available from a chain. Not real fond of the new branding as it seems they have moved from family theme to more of a bar approach. We visited this time for a birthday. The server I believe his name was Dylan was one of the best we had and it was very very busy.

My husband and I had never visited this particular location, but we’ve been to the one on Manchester many times. We haven’t gone to a Robin in some time because I just haven’t been in the mood lately. I certainly appreciate the unlimited fries, but that usually leads to a terrible stomach ache that just isn’t worth it. Also, we’ve found some awesome local places that have incredible burgers — Quincy, Layla, Grapeseed — and I’d prefer to spend my money there instead of a chain. Not to mention, eat a fantastic burger instead of an ok burger. However, every once in a while we end up stopping. Like the other night — we were in Fenton, we were starving and we didn’t feel like driving all the way back into town and then eating. We wanted to eat ASAP. It was a Friday night around 8p and they told us it would be about a ten minute wait. We probably only waited about 5 minutes. The waitress was super friendly and understanding — she took our orders right away. She even brought our fries and broccoli out first as soon as it was ready! We snacked until our burgers arrived with more! I would definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program. After you buy 10 items, you get one free! And they occasionally send out emails with some pretty decent coupons/offers.

Your good basic burger. Better than a diner but a step below gourmet. I like to visit after the lunch crowd and before the evening rush. Those are the times that service is a little more attentive. Lunch and dinner rush it’s spotty at best and it can get very loud. I always order my burger medium and it always comes out well done but, I’ve also ordered their grilled chicken breast sandwich and I think it’s one of the best I’ve had anywhere. On their entre menu they have Fish N Chips and it’s also very good. All in all, I wish they did a better job on the burgers and paid a little to consistent service.

Love the Royal Robin! Great service. Always clean and delicious. It does take a while for food, but it’s worth it.

Ate there today. We had great service from the moment we walked in. My mom can’t walk much so they hurried up and cleaned a table by the door. The French onion soup was perfect. The burgers were great even though my dad got garden burger. He didn’t know it wasn’t beef(he’s 84) but I ate it and was still great. Only bad thing is mom always wants dessert and left it in car. Hot car doesn’t enhance the strawberry, whip cream, lemonade cake. Restaurant can’t help our senior moment. Overall great

After a huge let down of a meal last night my partner and I both woke up late last night with fever diarhea and vomitting. This restaurant clearly is unclean. Our food was served warm at best not hot and my burger was loaded wiith tomato which i specifically asked to leave off the sandwich and which I am allergic to. Saving the details, the staff was apathetic and manager Mike insinuated I wanted free food when I asked to have the burger removed from my bill. I’m sick and insulted now. for the record i left 40 bucks cash on the table. This was so avoidable but everyone at this subpar restaurant seems too busy being busy what a shame

I like the ambiance. I enjoy the food. Also you can’t beat the 6.99 burger. I agree with some of the other reviews. The service needs to step it up and more fries!!! You shouldn’t have to beg for them!

I was really disappointed in my last burger ordered from Red Robin. It was a Banzai burger, my go to burger of choice. This burger was pre-formed, did not have the teriyaki flavor it used to have. The teriyaki was just poured on the burger along with the other fixings. A very poor example of a $ 7.00 burger. It made me regret buying it and I don’t feel I will get another burger from Red Robin if they have gone to pre-formed burgers. I can make those myself at home a lot cheaper.

I like the bleu ribbon burger. Fries are good… but you get like 7 of them with your burger. Yes, yes they are endless but I would prefer a larger portion from the get go. That seasoning on the table is yum. Not a fan of the décor. Seems like some kind of carnival ride or something. And its pretty loud inside. I’m here once every couple months. Doesn’t blow me away, but a decent burger.

Good place to have either lunch or dinner! Bottomless fries is the best! It can get loud sometime and service can be either good or bad — depends on the day!

I’ve had great experiences and a couple bad ones here. The food is pretty consistently good. Can’t go wrong with bottomless fries. Also try the fresh made French onion dip and potato chips. It is always VERY loud here, but that’s to be expected in a family-friendly restaurant IMO. One of my worse experiences was an undercooked grilled chicken sandwich. Cut in in half and saw raw chicken. They immediately fixed it. Still was very unsettling. More good experiences than bad here, though.

Just dropped $ 50 for three kids and two adults for some really underwhelming food and service. The server was sooooooo slow! Good Lord, son! My tea remained empty, as did the kids’ drinks, all meal long. My burger was mushy and bland and the chicken strips the kids ate were straight up Tyson frozen things I could have heated up at home. I was never offered any unlimited fries. I guess I was supposed to ask, but the server was too busy doing whatever because I never did see him to get to ask. Thankfully, he appeared with a bill and we had enough cash to cover it or we’d still be waiting. The wife just asked me to pull into Target so she can put her finger in her throat. She says two stars is too many.

I’m usually not a fan of chain restaurants but I enjoyed my visit here. We arrived with a very large crowd and the waitresses were very kind and friendly to us. The salad I had was very good.

I have found the most amazing burger in the world, Red Robin has the Banzai burger and I recommend everyone try it. Cheddar cheese burger covered with teryiaki sauce. I was skeptical but it truly is the best burger I’ve ever had. the server was very friendly and nice, both times I’ve been here. they were nice enough to move us to the bar area with a booth when there was a child who was having a loud tantrum, we appreciated the move to a quiet bar area. If ever an adult group wants to not hear the children, just ask to be seated in the bar area from the start, and crisis is averted. You will enjoy your meal! Prices are good for the amazing food you receive. I can’t wait to go back again. Yum!

I am a sometimes regular at Red Robin, either the one in Fenton, MO or the one off of Manchester. I could say that this establishment caters to both kids and adults. A more upscale version of McDonald’s, well, without the clown. There are a variety of different speciality burgers at this joint, including a variety of different options. Don’t like beef? Try your burger as a boca version. It will lower the amount of calories consumed. Trying to cut carbs? Choose a bunless version and avoid the bottomless fries and choose a salad instead. There are also a variety of different liquors to choose from, so the adult can get his beer on while the kid chows down on gourmet goodness. The only negatives to this place is that its loud… way loud. There are a ton of kids that do come to this place, so if you are not a kid person, I would advise to stay away, or go to a location that allows outdoor seating. Otherwise, I do recommend that you at least try this establishment. Its a bit more expensive than most standard burger joints, but you do get what you pay for. And you will leave this place more stuffed than a thanksgiving turkey.

Can’t say I am a fan of Red Robin. I have been there at least a half dozen times and every time the wife and I leave, we ask ourselves, «Why the hell did we eat here?». The burgers are always dry and the fries and the tower of onion rings are always greasy. Fact: All Red Robins are built in the epicenter of their local breeding grid. We always experience unruly children freaking the hell out and peering over the tops of our adjoining booths staring at us, the uncomfortable childless couple trying to choke down their dry bland burger and greasy fries. The parents just siting doing nothing the whole time except trying to impress the other couple they are having lunch with by telling them that little Hannah or Dillon is gifted because they can draw a stick figure, personally I’m not impressed. The wife and I swear we will not make the mistake of going to Red Robin again… unless we really put the alcohol they serve to good use.

I am not typically a big fan of chain restaurants but decided that this one is a pretty good choice that makes all members of the family happy. The husband and I had to take our two grown children out for a family meal which happens once in a blue moon. We were seated and treated very nicely. I was comfortable in our big corner booth. We got the cheese and pretzel appetizer and inhaled that puppy. I wasn’t feeling the best that night so I just got the hummus plate and wow – it was a huge amount of food and wonderful. It came with warm pita bread and jicima, cukes, carrots, the hummus was some of the best I have had… I really enjoyed it. You can expect to spend between 10 – 15 a head here depending on drink choices. Everybody ate their food and seemed happy so good job Red Robin. I will be back…

hands down I am 100% Red Robin fan, I have been eating their burgers for a few years now, and it seems like no matter which location I go to, I always leave a happy camper and very satisfied. I have tried several burgers on the menu, but my all time favorite would have to be the bacon cheeseburger, cooked well, with American cheese and extra crispy bacon. the fries that come with it are awesome seasoned fries, and if you can eat the amount in the basket, you can actually get more free(endless bowl) they have a nice list of appetizers, with my favorite being the tower of onion rings, they are tasty and crunchy and golden, served with 2 dipping sauces. The service is always satisfying, guess I get lucky. their frequent diner club is nice, you get free things when you accumulate points, and its not hard to do that. I will most definitely keep returning as long as the service and quality of the the place and food stay awesome!
