Truck stop style gas station This is the first/last truck stop before inside highway 270/St Louis. Location, location, location makes them busier therefore slower than I like. However, I do not drive an 18 wheeler & rather hit up a regular gas station. –Subway restaurant… OK, just sandwich counter –Nathan’s hotdogs self serve station –More coffee & energy drinks than anybody should ever want The convenience store is crammed with odd things that only a 18 wheeler that doesn’t want to park at a department store would want. When was the last time you were able to buy a sun dress at a gas station? Getting gas? great Needing some caffeine in a quick bite? great Wanting some descent tea? Not so much

This is a mega gas station/truck stop. Anytime I’m heading out west on 44 it’s one of my top choices but one below QTs(the holy grail of gas stops). I mean, do I ever go in? No. But it’s cleaner, larger, and better lit than most. Sounds like a good deal to me! Plus, it’s usually on the cheaper side.

It’s a gas station. They have pay-at-the-pump. I’ve never had to wait for a pump and that is a big plus. Haven’t set foot in the place even though I buy gas here on a regular basis.

We were heading to Montauk State Park for a day of fly fishing. Needed some coffee, a clean restroom and a few others things for the trip. When we pulled into the station a lady was emptying the trash cans in the fuel lanes. Inside the place it was clean. The restrooms had also recently been cleaned. I ventured to the coffee station, many different flavors of coffee and coffee creamers. When we were checking out our attendant was very friendly. Nice place I would stop again without hesitation.

Stoping here for Gas, coffee, good beverages options, got some pretty good roadmaps and Highway Atlas People that work here very friendly very sharp good service Bathrooms not too big but they make up for it for having a subway. — eat fresh!

Probably one of the worst truck stops I’ve ever stopped at. Pro: Easy highway access. Literally right next to the freeway Cons: Broken window washing sticks. No washing fluid/water Dirty bathrooms First time seeing a Subway closes at pilot I will probably never stop here again. Just drive another 15 – 20 miles down to Pacific to an actual Pilot truck stop

Easy access from west bound I44 just west of the 280&44 intersection. I have searched for this station on Unilocal for over a year and it just became available for check in’s. I stop hear typically only on my way home because of the access on and off 44. They have plenty of pumps to use and have never had to wait for a pump to open. The people working are always pretty nice and polite. They also stock some Honey roasted peanuts from somewhere local that you don’t see in many places. They also have a subway in the store. The downside. It isn’t a very clean place. The bathrooms smell so bad and I would advise to avoid them if at all possible.
