Rebecca, In response to your comment of my previous review. When I spoke with your employee she relayed the message to me that she spoke to you, and you would need to see the receipt and a bank statement before processing a refund. If you were truly interested in resolving this issue why didn’t you when I stood in front of you the next day, documents YOUREQUESTED in hand? You should have at least had the courtesy to look at them before I was informed there was nothing you would do, the OWNER had already made the decision! I hope for your sake the $ 198 gain was worth the loss of any future business. I imagine your company does not survive on repeat business but rather passersby that don’t know any better.
