Had the Cupid’s Comet a couple weeks back, and it was very good. A little pricey, but monster sandwiches!

Honestly I am not certain why huge portions rate as five star fare. My calories are precious and quite frankly I can’t afford to waste them on sub par sandwiches that are best described as gut bombs. Steak sandwich consisted of salty steak, blue cheese, ranch sauce and steak sauce. Seriously I like savory but that is over the top. My son and I were able to eat half and after that I felt guilty about all the fat and calories. The rest went into the trash as my conscious could not bear to bring it home.

We love this place, we used to order here all the time… and it’s only a «used to» because i’m trying to not eat enormous amounts of food and Fenton Deli is very generous with their servings, which is in no way a complaint. Their food is fresh and delicious, its just a great low-key home town place. The vast menu is very surprising, they have so much in terms of options that its unbelievable. The service is warm, kind and welcoming. When I have more self-control I will be back in there for sure, I love the High Octane and Fenton Steak Subs… Oh how I crave thee!

Delicious subs that are big enough to feed two people! I’d recommend getting two subs for lunch; share one at lunchtime and share the other one for dinner :)

The sandwiches here are HUGE. I personally think I eat a lot, I love food, but I can barely finish the medium sub. They can be very messy, due to their size, but they are amazing. The owners and employees are extremely friendly, occasionally there will be a wait, but only when they are very busy. The employees usually keep the line moving at a good speed.

Hands down the best sandwich I have ever had. Everything was so fresh and they didn’t skimp on the meat like most places do. One sandwich was big enough for 2! Love this place and I hope I can make it down again soon.

I called them on the phone and asked them how late they were open. The guy told me 9. Now why is it that I was there BEFORE8 and all the lights were off!!! If you planned in closing early you should have said so. Fucking bullshit!!!

The subs are decent, but not spectacular. Service was OK, but the staff didn’t seem very happy.

Great original menu. Love all the sub choices. Whatever you’re in the mood for, you’ll find it! Meats always seem like good quality. Service– mostly good. I thought maybe it was«just me» but the first couple of times I went there I felt a little talked down to by the owner. The menu is very large and if you’ve never been there before, the whole ordering process can be complex. My feelings were confirmed recently when I saw him do it to another lady when she clearly hadn’t been there before and asked him a question. Except this lady stood up for herself and said«hey now, some of us have never been here before» to which his reply was«that’s why I’m tellin ya, now you know.» Then my husband whispered, «yeah the owner definitely comes of as arrogant sometimes» so it wasn’t just me! After going there for the past couple of years though, I feel like he really means no harm. I get the feeling that may just be his sense of humor. Despite not always loving the service, it really is a great place sandwiches. I agree with a couple of the other reviews though… the Mac and cheese is not good! Their sandwiches are so good they could probably do away with many of the misc. items on their menu and save theirselves some money. It’s all about the sandwiches. There that good!

Now if you want a real Sammitch, this is the place to go. Everything is fresh, the portions are huge and you will walk away full and still have another half a Sammitch to take home for later. The service is great and the food is even better.

The wolverine sandwich was really good. It is a bit confusing trying to pick from so many choices. The small isize is plenty of food.

Super original sandwich combinations. Extremely fair pricing for what you get. It’s an overwhelming amount of food. The bread is soft and crunchy at the same time, which is perfect. Nice couple that’s owns the place. Refreshing look at sandwiches and not the same old sandwich shop. Kudos!

We love The Fenton deli! I have visited twice and this last sandwich«the cowboy» was perfect! Combine the excellent food with friendly service and it beats going to any other sandwich place.

The food was great! First off, the service is great. Everyone is friendly, the food is made quickly, and served hot. We had the BBQ Sub(shredded beef with BBQ sauce and swiss cheese) and the Picasso, a steak sub with Cattleman’s Sauce(think Carolina BBQ sauce), and nacho sauce. To add to the who thing, they had Tater Tots… that’s right, little nuggets of of potato deliciousness. I’m glad we stopped by, we’ll be back again soon!

We stopped in for lunch. My companion got the Spartan and he said it was very tasty and just a little spivey so he enjoyed that. I got the cordon bleu. The chicken was chunks of moist chicken, shaved ham and some bacon crumbles and it was very generous on the blue cheese dressing, loved it! The sandwiches are large, getting a small with some chips(wide variety to choose from) will fill most anyone. Highly recommend giving the Fenton Deli a try. We will be back for sure.

First time through — great food — we will be back soon!!! My wife & I split a Cuban. It was toasted nicely with just the right amount of bbq and crunch. They have a large selection of homemade soups which they will let you try a spoonful before committing to a cup or bowel. Loved the pasta fogoli soup– but the Mushroom Brie soup is worth considering. The one menu item you should definitely order — The COOKIES!!! If you ask nicely — the will run them through the oven. Soft on top and crunchy on the bottom — awesome !!!

One of my favorite lunch places in Fenton. Always friendly, fast service because the owner is most likely to be the one making your sandwich. An almost endless selection to choose from and the best soups on the area. Always a winner.

Yummy Reuben here. :) One of Husband’s co-workers recommended to him this local deli for their Reuben sandwich, so this is what we tried. If you have never been here, it’s basically a converted Quizno’s. However, their product offerings are MUCH better, so don’t run away! :) The menu is pretty overwhelming at first because they have a lot of additional offerings that are taped to the walls, and numerous specials. Your eyes will be darting around for a bit, but in the end, you will definitely find something that you’ll like. They offer quite a few sizes for their sub sandwiches, small(6″) at $ 5.99, medium(10″) at $ 6.99, and large(13″) at $ 7.99. Husband and I like to share, so we got one large. It is REALLYBIG! I mean, they cut my half in half, so essentially, the sandwich is 4 quarters, and quite a mouthful. The corned beef was light, nicely seasoned, and thinly sliced. Not overly peppery with the spices in the meat, and had a slight sweetness. Best of all, not greasy! The thousand island sauce I thought to be strange initially, but after biting into it, the flavor it complimented their sauerkraut really well. The subtle sour, acidic after tones were nicely balanced with the sweetness of the sauce. Two thinly sliced pieces of swiss cheese rounded off a warm, toasty and savory sub. I forget what our friend ordered, but he was satisfied with his sandwich as well, even with the medium. Anyhow, we were pleasantly surprised about this place. Sure it looks like a Quizno’s but with purple and yellow menu signs, and maybe the service is a little slow and the girl was a little disheveled, but the food speaks for itself. The quantity and quality for the price is justifiable, much better than Quizno’s, and a great local place to grab a quick Reuben. I’ll probably try another one of their subs next time, but knowing Husband, he just might be sold on the Reuben! Check it out if you’re in the area. It’s located inside a strip mall next to a Sprint store.
