Closed 30 min earlier than their posted sign. When I signaled to the employee that I needed assistance they just stood and stared at me. Waited for 5 minutes before leaving. It was an emergency, I was stuck in the state visiting family and needed assistance setting up my new Verizon prepaid card I bought at Walmart with no way of contacting my family.

I gotta tell ya, Allan over here at Verizon Wireless is truly a professional at his craft. Not only is this man an American Hero (we thank him endlessly for his service) but he is just on point when it comes to customer satisfaction.
He went beyond what is expected in helping me find the perfect phone (4S — duh). He wasn’t concerned with commission or with upselling, he gave me the facts, made sure I had the right contract, showed me how to use the thing — he even asked his boss for a local fish market recommendation (Fish House on Saginaw (I’ll let you know)). We even reminisced about his days of drinking chai in Kenya!
The next week I had a problem and who else but Alan himself was there to help and assist.
