Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The«manager» was sitting on the floor stocking when we walked in, looked up at us and said welcome to GameStop, then went right back to the shelf. It took me walking up to him for him to even think to ask what he could do to help us and even then it looked as if he was too pained to do so. When I explained to him that I spoke with his regional manager about an issue I had at another store, he seemed less than thrilled than before to help us. With a deep sigh he got up from the floor and rushed over to the computer, which I can only assume because he wanted to get us out of the store as quickly as possible due to the possibility of the that spot on the floor getting cold. Then he began to grill me with questions, «Where did you buy the game? Why did you think that you were getting the DLC with the game? What game was it?» I am pretty sure he even asked me my blood type. He started pounding away at the keyboard at a hurried pace, the spot on the floor must be a great place to sit and he was in a hurry to get back to it. The printer started to screech and a receipt was printed, ripping it away from the printer with great force he all but threw it at me and said, «If this does not work, DONOT come back to me, go to Sony!» With that he turned from us and walked back to his hallowed throne on the ground in front of his collection of Infinity figures and began to stare blankly as he put more on the shelf. I am pretty sure he was having a bad day, but you should treat every customer as if they are your last customer.

This GameStop is like HOME! I’ve been to many others but this one is larger than most and has the best atmosphere and employees who make you feel like you’re their friend, not a nuisance. They also throw the BEST release parties with free pizza, sodas, ice cream, and Starbucks from the local businesses as well as live gaming. My husband I come here all the time. It’s our happy place!
