They charged twice the going rate for freon and when questioned I was told they gave me a break and could get $ 75.00 a pound all day long. Big rip off, I was not home at the time and my wife was shocked to know that our system of only one year needed 19 pounds. The one star is for showing up.

Dave Mason and his company installed my three a/c units in 2001 when I remodeled. I have used them ever since that time and have never been disappointed. They are responsive, courteous, timely and conscientious. I would recommend them to anyone.

They should have a option for NO STARS! Called this place to get an ice machine fixed and still having issues. Not only did the technician tell me to buy the part, it still does not work. Called to get them to come out again and they tell me they already came out 2 times and they wont come out again. Waste of $ 180. Its not my fault your technicians cant solve the problem. Shouldn’t have started working on it then! NEVER AGAIN.
