My 20+ year old, wooden garage door had definitely seen better days.
I «took a chance» on Overhead Door Depot after seeing good reviews on other sites as well as BBB. The pricing was competitive with other companies I had looked in to.
Went to their office on Friday afternoon, told them what I was interested in and on Monday morning, it was being installed. I received a courtesy call about a half hour before the scheduled arrival time, they were running behind, no big deal to me, I was glad they called.
Both of the technicians/​installers were friendly, courteous and were completely done with removal of the old door, installation of the new in 1 ½ hrs.
No attempts to «up sell», everything went smooth.
