My wife had an accident were she rear ended another vehicle, but the most damage was done to our C300 Mercedes, after Geico claim adjuster came out for the estimate, we decided that we were taking our car to Fields Collision Center(formerly Brumos Collision) didn’t really know anything about the new company, but we were nervous about not getting the same Brumos service from when we purchase our vehicle. Let me be the one to tell you nothing has change with the great service we have gotten from Brumos, it actually took 12 days to have our car repaired, we got frequently updates about the repairs, which I felt was great, we didn’t have to call & check for ourself. Even if it had taken a little longer than they had estimated, I would rather them take a little longer then rush & not do the great job they done. Please see the before & after pictures for yuorself.

When Brumos Collision Center did my bumper, it looked just like it did when I bought my car brand new. I am so pleased with their work. I am as equally pleased with my advisor, Annette. She took me to the conference room and explained the entire process to me. Annette always greeted me with a smile which made me feel special and appreciated.

We had to take our 9-month old Mercedes to Brumos after side-swiping it down the side of a tree while backing up. We were from out of town and weren’t feeling great about taking it to Brumos after seeing the reviews. But, it wasn’t drivable and we wanted to go to a Mercedes authorized collision center since the car was still under warranty. We had a great experience with Brumos. We addressed our concerns to the manager up front. He was aware of the negative reviews and stated that they were actively working to improve communication. Our experience bore that out. I was promised a phone call every Tues and Thursday and they only missed one call in 20 days. Our vehicle was ready sooner than promised and looked as good as new. In addition, my local dealer in Miami had been claiming for weeks that they were unable to get a part for my horn which needed to be fixed under warranty. Brumos was able to locate the part and took care of the warranty issue as well. Brumos made a very traumatic experience better for us and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

Don’t take your car here unless you want to drive a rental around for over 2 weeks. They don’t know what they are doing obviously because there is no way a car should take this long to fix. So frustrating when all you get is emails for communication because if you try to call there is no answer and no one calls you back. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.

Do not get suckered into going here by Travelers Ins! The after market bumper they put on didn’t fit at all and they thought that they could get it by me! They’ve had my car for Two weeks! Steer clear of this place!
