Awesome, affordable vegan pop up in Ferndale. The changing, inventive menu makes me wonder why I’m not vegan all the time. I would be, if Chez Bunky was cooking for me every day. Tonight we had a vegetable stew with dumplings — it was a perfect winter meal. It was served with collard greens and cabbage cooked in a ton of garlic. Delicious! The best part: I got to take the leftovers home in a little mason jar. 10⁄10 would eat again.
