I’ve come in a few times and only once did I find an employee who seemed willing to assist with answers to questions. Often they are out of things and the prices tend to be higher than what I have seen elsewhere.
You have to pay to park and the Ferndale Parking Punks are on the lot like a Michigander on a Coney Dog. After paying .50¢ to park then added to any purchases, well, I’ll find another place to purchase items. Maybe if they were a tad friendlier the extra cost is worth it. My views should not stop anyone from going, I’m just expectant of more than I got.

Been going to Smokers Outlet quite a few times i bought a Vaporizer for 200 bucks & open the box & never worked when i tryed it. So i go back to make an Exchange or to get Money back, but the bald guy gave me crap & said no refunds on recite they basically gave me something that was not what it was supposed to be.

Stopped in yesterday with a friend, and both left very pleased with our outstanding customer service, the selection of products, and prices of goods.
Our salesperson was very attentive to other customers, and very knowledgeable about the items we had questions about. The shop was very busy for a Monday afternoon, and the guy helping us did a great job of helping EVERYONE, and promptly met our needs without being overbearing.
We left confident in our purchases, and would highly recommend to others.

Going into this store with my hubby took me back to my days of being a rep for a tobacco company. Everything looked as I remembered. Roll your own paper and machines, chewing tobacco, cigars and all sorts of other tobacco related products. Pricing is moderate since Michigan has the third highest tobacco tax in the nation. But if your looking for a large selection on just about anything tobacco this is the store for you. The clerk was friendly and helpful. What’s unfortunate about a tobacco store is that the product is so expensive to stock and upon entrance you would believe that the store was poorly stocked or going out of business. Not so. It’s a large space with lots of product to choose from. If you prefer a selection with a moderate discount then stop in.

Another one of those darn Smoker’s Outlets!
This place is a sliver of a store that seems to be a long hallway. Actually, now that I think about it, the rear entrance is a very long hallway that… seems like a hall in a hospital.
They have pretty good prices on everything, but that’s not why I’m reviewing them. They, by far, have the largest selection of rolling supplies I’ve ever seen. This is the first place I’ve ever seen one of the automatic rolling machines! It’s a strange contraption that’s supposed to cut down the time of rolling. I don’t know about you, but I can roll pretty quickly… and it seems like this thing would just be a hindrance. Given that you could get a good manual roller for about $ 40 doesn’t help my opinion either; this thing was well over $ 200!
If you have to stop to get your nic fix, then this would be the best place for it. What, are you going to buy a pack in a bar and pay double what you would at SO?
