The Dalles, OR
Stayed there for 3 months from September to December! Our electric deposit was 150.00 first month was 55.00 for electric and rent was reasonable, second month our electric jumped to 110 and it wasn’t that cold in October, November to December our electric bill was over 200.00 and they took our deposit! We felt that was wrong and we won’t be going to stay there again! Our meter ran super fast and no one called the electric company to see if the meter was out of wack! We won’t recommend them to anyone we know either! Other than that it was a nice facility!

Santa Rosa, CA
Rated a 4 primarily given price. Not very quiet at times but very clean. The bathrooms, showers, and site are very clean with nice cement pads with grass and a very nice table. There are 41 spots available and very large pull through. The only negative, we were in site number 4, which faced the office and the outside lights were left on all night which was disturbing while trying to sleep.

run by wonderful ppl, that really care about their tenants. manager staff are friendly, considerate and helpful. they really take you under their wing when you stay there.
they have free coffee, tea and water. also free cookies and very inexpensive snacks. the best in town!!!
