Outstanding, Went in to look at some new oakley frames that I found online. They had the same frames and were helpful with setting up an exam. These were a special order frame and they called me the day they came in. The prescription was off once I tried them on and they sent them back to have it corrected. A few days later I had my glasses and was very happy.

Stay away. There isn’t anyone in the store that has a clue what they are doing. I ordered thee pair of glasses and was told they would be ready in a week. Checked with the store after a week and was told they still were not in. I was told they would call when the glasses were ready. I received a phone message about my glasses being ready so I drove to Clarkson Eye care. I walked in and was greeted rudely by the manager. She said I had been harassing them all day and that I was told the glasses would not be in until the next day.(I made one inquiry by phone). Wait a minute I got a voice mail at 4:30PM that my glasses were ready. After hitting redial, it was Sam’s Wholesale Club Optical that had called me. I dropped a pair of frames off the day before and had the lens replaced. They did a one day turn around on the glasses and charged me $ 69.00 instead of the $ 200.00 the Clarkson charge for the same lens’s that I was still waiting to pickup. Over the next four days I made three trips to Clarkson Eye care to pick up one pair of glasses each time. They did not have any cases for my glasses and was told to try another Clarkson Eye care location for a case. I spent $ 700 dollars for thee pair of glasses that I could have got for less that half that cost at Sam’s Wholesale Club.
