Starbucks

Today. Not a very friendly place. Came in for a freebie.
No idea why when typically its a warm and inviting. The blonde barista is such a bundle of joy (not).
I am dinging them for that unfriendliness and how cold it is in here. You have to sit with your coat on. Not good you guys and you’ve been open for about two hours now. They need to turn it up. This is winter for crying out loud.

OK for a Starbucks — one of the better ones. They have always been friendly and the location is neat, clean and organized.

I was not happy that they allow dogs. Personally I don’t think dogs should be in an eating place (not a service dog) but they allowed it and did not say anything.

Drive thru order. Longest wait for a drive thru Starbucks I’ve ever had. And it wasn’t busy! Only car in the drive thru. Not only that, completely messed up my Americano order. Isn’t that the easiest drink to make? You’re better than that Starbucks.

It is a typical Starbucks. Nothing special about this location other than it can get a very bad drive up line. Also minimal parking is frustration every once in a while.

The baristas used to be friendly at this location. I used to be able to look past my order always being messed up or forgotten just because they were so kind. What happened?

Went to Starbucks to order a s’more Frappuccino and left without anything because they are out of there ingredients to make it. This is not the first time I have gone to Starbucks and they don’t have what is on there menu. They might want to plan better for ordering their supplies.

Ruined my Carmel macchiato.
For me my coffee makes my day… I have gone to this Starbucks one time before and was happy with my last drink. This time my Carmel macchiato was made with OLD ASS NASTY Carmel, it has tons of old gunk that I kept slurping up. Totally disgusting… these people can’t even do their job and make sure that their caramel is not expired.

The long lines inside and at the drive thru, combined with the reviews, had us more than a little worried, but we were very happy with our food and drink and the wait was reasonable.

Ordered a Grande soy Caramel Macchiato this morning on my way to work. The shots are incredibly burnt and the foam is super bubbly. Which is dissappointing because by the time I made it out of the drive thru I didnt have time to turn around and get it fixed. What a waste of 5 bucks.

A typical chain not much different than the other up the road. Drive through gets busy and staff is friendly and prompt with good customer service.
This fall day it is not busy and my coffee was freshly made. Most locations brew a limited amount of Blonde roast but here they were just finishing the brew.
Parking can get a bit hectic just watch the people leaving drive through at times they do not.

As others have said, service is friendly but INCREDIBLY slow. At most drive through Starbucks locations I’ll go inside as it’s almost always considerably faster. That isn’t the case at this location. I’ve waited in line for far more than 10 minutes inside and almost always spend less time in the drive through.
In all fairness they’ve always been very busy when I’ve gone in but I can’t honestly tell if that’s because they’re busy or if it’s simply because it takes so long to get any one customer served.
For those who need a place to work or sit, the seating here is almost always full.

The service here has always been friendly but very slow. They have also gotten our orders wrong a couple times and they seem to be out of certain food products a lot. This is our least favorite Starbucks and we avoid it if we can.
As an odd side note… There is a man that works there and we dread getting him at the drive thru window because he is very strange (almost seems autistic) and he rambles on forever about his hydroponics at home. Backs up the drive thru line and you can’t get away! He’s super nice though.

If you have time to waste in the drive through then help yourself. lol I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and at the window for another ten. The girl at the widow didn’t greet me or ask any questions. Nothing. just continued to take others orders. In addition, my teas and oatmeals weren’t even prepared. It is so unorganized and one of the worst Starbucks you could go to.

Have gone thru the drive thru several times and I usually recieve above average service. They have always gotten my drink right. One time they were extraordinarily slow but all other times they were quick.

Expect to wait in drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Not easy to get out of car on long drives cause baby sleeping so I try to find drive thru’s for my coffee. Starbucks is usually my last option but only one today & if hadn’t already ordered & not stuck between cars in line (4×4 in a minivan not recommended!) I just might leave without getting an espresso!
…that being said my coffee was given to me FREE due to having to wait so long!

Coffee frap took 20 minutes. There was no line. And I don’t know how I feel about this establishment allowing someone without shoes in… And then continuing a full length conversation with her? Seriously? Whatever happened to no shoes, no service?!!
Frap is refreshing though. So 4 stars for that. 1 star for how messy the floor is and for the naked feet =‘s 2 stars.

I needed some coffee on my traffic-​heavy, Friday afternoon drive up from Portland to Anacortes. Everything looked fine from the outside. No one in line on Friday around 3pm. I was helped right away and ordered a latte.
Restroom break while waiting. Toilet paper on the floor. Seemed clean enough except for whoever was in there before me.
Then I waited. Waited and waited and waited. After 12 minutes I thought to myself ‘hmm…maybe they forgot’ and I asked «Is there a vanilla latte coming?». Wasn’t angry, just wanted to know. Barista answer: «Yes! We have a drive through so we’re REALLY busy!» As if I was an idiot and somehow didn’t know they had a drive-​through.
So much sass. No apology that my drink was taking so long. She made me feel as though I was being rude for simply asking about my drink. Again… I was the ONLY person waiting for a drink at that point.
Final time: 15 minutes.
A quarter of an hour for a vanilla latte with no one else in line. I’ve picked up elaborate Vietnamese take out that takes less time to prepare than that.
My $ 5 was NOT worth a typical latte, waiting 15 minutes, and rude service. Next time I’ll pick somewhere else in the area for my caffeine fix.

Probably the WORSE Starbucks Ive ever been to, very slow. Plus it’s in a weird spot as not much parking, The drive through they are slow– and it wraps around the building. I would advise people to steer away from this place!

Are you kidding me??? What made this location this slow? I’m stuck in the drive through for 20 mins and still counting… Do not go!!!
I ordered a venti drink and got it for free. Well that does not compensate much for waiting in line for that long.
