I dined here today with my mom and two daughters– and will definitely be returning! My parents live in Oxnard, so I drive through Fillmore often, but have never been to this place until today. Such a hidden gem! Cute and quaint inside, even down to the old school high chair with a metal tray. No frills but seriously delicious food and awesome service. We split the veggie scramble with smoked Gouda on top and honestly hands down one of the best scrambles I’ve ever had in my life. Amazing. Yummy fruit and toast was so good and buttered perfectly. My girls shared the mini breakfast and loved it. We will be back soon!

The restaurant is actually located in the dealership. I love the small town vibe that it has. Everyone knows each other and are greeted by name. The waitress was warm and friendly and service was excellent. She made sure we never ran out of coffee or water. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and it was delicious. I had the bacon and poached eggs with fruit and a pancake and it was also good. The eggs poached perfectly.

Though I’m not normally a breakfast person, I CRAVE the food here. I come for breakfast, whether the eggs over medium hard(done perfectly here), hash browns(cooked in butter– awesome) and the best biscuit with butter and honey. The veggie scramble with smoked gouda is to die for. For lunch, I usually get a salad– every one I’ve tried is first-rate, quite gourmet. The chef Dominic knows how to blend flavors and is a top-notch culinary whiz! The service is always kind and thoughtful. Open until 2pm, this place is a deserved local hang with the best food in town. Worth the drive if you’re not a Fillmore local!

Im new to Fillmore and I just found my go to breakfast and lunch spot. Café is cute the staff is friendly. Compliments to the chef because our food was delicious. The food is fresh and made with care. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Dont worry they are not gonna hound you to buy a car if you eat there.

Wow! Just about a good a café as I have ever been to in my 54 years. Spinach salad was one of the best ever and the Cali Wrap was awesome. Love the location in the Chevy dealer! We will be back!!!

This café is small but did not skimp on the quality of the food. Fresh, fresh and fresh. Large portions of flavorful food, which is pleasing to the eye and stimulates your sense of smell. There were both locals and travelers eating inside and everyone was enjoying their food and good conversation. There were a lot of burgers being eaten and no one was leaving anything on their plates. I had the Cobb Salad and it is great. Despite, the fact, the chef was the order taker, cook, and server, I was able to get in and out in an hour. The chef apologized for the wait and his help did not come in. This was one hard working guy and making it work. If you are driving through Filmore give this place a try, you will not be disappointed. It is located in the car lot parking lot.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s located in the Chevy dealership in the back. We went in for lunch and I got the special«Thunderbird Sandwich» and the flavors were amazing along with the truffle garlic cheese homemade potato chips. My boyfriend ordered the Mama’s burger and said it did not disappoint. The breakfast menu looks fabulous and we want to go in and try that as well.

I have now had several lunches and a couple of breakfasts here. This café is a hidden gem, literally hidden in the Chevy dealership. The food is always fresh, well prepared and inexpensive! The best breakfast in Fillmore, try the biscuits and gravy or the killer French Toast! The owner is the chef. Friendly and talented. Small and cozy, a true small independent café that rocks your tastebuds.

Great food, good service, very reasonable and if you’re lucky, a local gentleman named, Big Jon, will be there and share all the great stories with you from his life in this small little town! Another great recommendation and Unilocal winner! Hot Mama and Bel Air burgers were amazing and everyone else is right about the truffle fries and chips… order those! Thanks to the staff, chef and Big Jon for making us feel right at home.

I like what they had to offer. This is a small restaurant in a car dealership, so it has the old school feel of when I was younger. I liked my breakfast, enjoyed my stay, will be back. One problem is the hour are until 2pm and not open Sunday.

I was looking online to see if there were any restaurants in Fillmore that I didn’t already know about and came across the Bel Air Café which was formerly the Orange Rush Café. You wouldn’t know it exists since it’s located inside of the Chevy Car dealership off of the 126. It is not fancy and it is quite small, but they serve good food at a reasonable price! We have gone twice now for breakfast and have been happy both times. The waitress and chef were both very friendly and helpful. It’s an open kitchen so you can watch your meal being prepared. I have tried the apple pie pancakes and the vegetarian scramble. Both were made fresh and were delicious!

I have to wonder if the existing reviews were written by employees/owners. Very tiny eating area, although there are larger tables in the car showroom you can apparently use. Some unique choices on the menu for such a tiny place. I had the breakfast burrito. Big, but not«ginormous.» It was good, but they do not have salsa. Really? Wife had the«Old Fashion» breakfast. Hashbrowns, meat, three eggs and toast. She ordered the bacon and hashbrowns cooked just short of burned. The waitress made sure she understood what my wife wanted and we even heard her explain it to the cook. He either ignored her or normally serves those items next to raw. The bacon wan rubbery and the potatoes were barely brown. Her scrambled eggs looked like raw eggs were cracked over the griddle and slightly stirred as they cooked. Server was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Too many good places out there to go back here.

Great hidden gem in William L. Morris Chevrolet dealership. Excellent service with yummy daily specials served to order. The menu specials change daily which makes frequent visits worthwhile. I enjoy their breakfast fare as much as their lunch. Not open for dinner so get there early and often.

Great sandwich! The best option for Fillmore if you want something other than Mexican food. I see new things each week and I haven’t found anything I didn’t like. Try it, you will like it! From the«Angry Mac-N-Cheese» to the turkey, spinach«Gobbler», you will find a great alternative to fast food.
