I went in to use the restroom and grab a snack but after I walked into the restaurant the whole restaurant smelled like sewer gas. I went in to use the restroom and wash my hands and was overwhelmed by the smell that I turnaround and left. I didn’t grab anything to eat after that.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Orfered and paid for a large drink and got a medium. Ordered no fries just apples and gogurt in my kuds happy meal. Guess whats in there? Fries and no gogurt. Ordered 3 apple pies ended up with one peach pie and two kinds of mini bundt cakes. A note to management: your staff is too busy screwing around to press the right buttons on the machine and stick it out a window theres no hope for them. Maybe consider an employee overhaul. With all the people out there unemployed, you can do better.

The service was very timely at the drive thru, even late at night. I was a little disappointed with the ice cream cone I had. The cone tasted a little stale but the ice cream was very creamy and good. This location has a nice old timey McDonald’s feel and they are now serving breakfast all day. It’s about time they’d do that but it’s nice to see they are willing to change for their customers.

No more $ 1 drinks. Now they are $ 2. No more McDonalds. I think $ 2 for a drink is too much. I think McDonalds should lower the prices.

This McDonalds is great if you aren’t in a hurry and don’t care what you get. My daughter and just ordered lunch here and they managed to mess both up. My daughters wasn’t a big deal, they just gave her the wrong sauce for her chicken nuggets, but to a 4 year old that’s a big deal. However on my chicken sandwich they forgot the bottom bun and sauce! How do you forget half a sandwich?! I would think they would notice when placing it in the box, but I guess not.

Unfortunately, the staff and management are very young and just don’t care about customer service. One customer went and put her foot on the counter top next to the cash register and the staff thought it was funny. Then my hubby had to ask a customer to please stop using the F word so much and the guy became so upset he went and trashed the men’s bathroom. He came out, dropped his skateboard loudly on to the floor next to us and then went to tell his female friend, who happened to be the cashier and they both laughed loudly about it. It’s sad and disturbing that the owners don’t care about their restraunt but it’s obvious by who they hire that they just don’t care.

Walked in to use the boys room but there were women cleaning the restroom. Seemed someone made a big mess in there because it took more then 10 minutes to realize I should just walk away and go somewhere else. And got a sweet tea while I was inside waiting. Staff is ok but a bit slow cleaning restrooms.

7 family members, including myself… dropped in after a long drive, tired with still another hr of driving to go, it was last sun. may 18th, 2014. the restaurant was not crowded & the workers were concentrating more on their conversation then our orders, & after aprox. 30 mins. of waiting for the sweet tea which was coming out for the last 5 mins. every time we asked. my daughter finally asked if they could just get some from the drive~thru. just straight«ridiculous». also my fries tasted as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. & it took them 10 mins. to make my fresh batch… i took a picture of the customer satisfaction/questions/concerns. info. number 1−888−493−2867 which i left 3 msgs. & here it is thurs. may 22, 2014 with no return phone call. as of yet. i hope the owner reads this review & contacts me at (very unhappy customers & will not being visiting this restaurant again.

staff is rude their food sucks drive thru staff is so rude I went and got 1 item the chick at the window rudely shoved her hand out to give it to me while talking to her coworkers not once looking at me basically rushing me to get my bag seriously people I know its fast food but if you cant do your job or your miserable there dont make it a bad experience for PAYING customers!!! cause trust me when I say there is plenty of people looking for work and can actually appreciate their jobs I wouldnt recommend this place unless your going for ice cream

Bizarrely incapable and slow. Never had an experience like this at any Mcdonalds before. Ordered 2 coffees and milk at drive thru. Lots of difficulty taking order. People were nice though. Gave us 1 coffee for free for the trouble I guess. Took waaaaaaay too long.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place has been a family tradition since I was a child. I carried on the tradition of stopping here on the way to the beach to my children. Over the past couple years this place just turned into a toilet. It was hit and miss on their food until this past year during which the food was always stale and gross. One may ask how come I still go here? My answer is; I just made a vow with my wife to never return. I kept returning because of its easy access with a trailer. It is no longer worth this convenience. The place is dirty, it stinks, the restrooms are disgusting, the food is bad, and the employees are barely able to speak English. There were many bells going off that were being ignored by the employees. Most of the customers were angry with their orders being screwed up. I am not against McDonald’s as I go to my local one every once in a while. I hope I can keep my vow and never return to this one!
