On Saturday, March 21, 2015 at approximately 1030am, my mother visited this location. She walked in the location and was the only customer in the store, and two employees. The homeless man that was sitting outside the store walked in, walked up to the counter and threatened to bash my mother’s skull in with a crowbar he had outside if she refused to buy him a meal. The two employees stood there and stared at her, and did nothing except take her money for the man’s meal. Disgusting.

I’m giving this BK5 stars for 3 reasons; Super clean bathrooms Perfectly carbonated coke Nice employees This is good and needed when you are on a road trip and sorely need a clean restroom and sugary caffeinated drinks.

I don’t know why I come back. It’s been two years and I thought maybe they would’ve changed, but no suck luck. Ways to improve 1. Use fresh veggies! I swear these taste like they’ve been sitting next to the pot of beans in my fridge for the past week. 2. Stop squishing your buns. This is more for aesthetics, buy hey, every little thing counts. 3. General maintenance. There are little things broken here and there. Take care of your place.

The credit card machine they have here is temperamental, no worries right? That’s what I keep a 100 dollar bill stashed in my wallet for. Nope! They don’t accept 100 dollar bills. I asked the manager if they could make an exception since I had already placed my order, I had come in with two other people, and I visit that location a few times a week. If the bill were counterfeit they would know who to send the police to. Still no luck, he directed me to a lady dressed similar to a homeless person who was picking up trays in the store and said she was the owner. I quietly explained the situation to her and asked if she could make an exception. She refused. So much for a quick and easy lunch :(
