I’ve built up enough of a business relationship with the management here, that they deserve a good word put in. I’m sure they handle a lot of BS from customers every day, but still seem affable towards me. Granted I don’t act ill-mannered, but we’ve come to acceptable arrangements when things didn’t initially work out(e.g. not being able to redeem an award slip at a particular time). While I could just as easily go to Walmart or other stores for my business supplies, I feel much more comfortable shopping here.
