Well, our dishwasher broke just a few weeks after their last visit. So we called them to take a look, with the warning that there was no way we were paying yet another travel/service charge for them to diagnose the issue after our previous experience — that if they were going to stand behind their work, they should come look at it; but if not, we sure weren’t paying them to come look. To be fair, they did agree to waive the service charge for this third trip, then diagnosed yet another issue, and charged us for the part. The part was expensive enough where I’m sure they covered their overhead from it, though I don’t think they artificially inflated it. I think they always charge that much for the part. But they did waive the even more expensive service charge, so I’ll allow them one more star and update the review so you can make your own decision on whether you want to do business with them.
