Worse customer service we’ve experienced. The sales experience was great with Andy, but the follow-up for installation of our fireplace insert by Rick was terrible. Every contact with Rick regarding install was initiated by us. At install, the custom surround did not fit properly, but the installer left it without saying anything. I calld Rick and told him, and he said he would go out and look at it. Ten days later, no Rick, so I called and ask him what’s happening with our insert… apparently he forgot about us. I finally lost my cool with him after many phone calls with no follow-up, and a job that still needs to be corrected.

Very disappointing installation team. Rick does not return phone calls, and I have called several times because having my $ 4200 gas fireplace insert has taken FIVE visits to install(not done yet in case you’re wondering)!!! Apparently passing city inspection is seen as optional by these guys, but my children being safe is actually important to me. Also, make sure you ask for the«A team» as Rick literally put it when them guy he sent out couldn’t figure out how to do his job for a 4 hr period(45 min spent sitting in his truck without my knowing why). So finally passed inspection yesterday, guy was supposed to come last night… make that this morning… finally showed up 27 min late for a «15 min job»…20 min later he’s in the garage asking for the owners manual because he can’t get it to turn on and hasn’t started this«15 min job» yet. So now I’m breastfeeding with a random guy in my house because my baby was timed perfectly to eat after the guy should have already left, and my daughter is late for school. I don’t usually write reviews but thought I should this time. Please don’t buy anything from this company unless you sit at home all day waiting for someone to talk to.
