Rudest owners I’ve ever met! Food not as described! Tea is not tea but slushy and the tapioca balls are square! Thank you was said several times and not one«your welcome» crab Rangoon, yuk!!!

Best Teriyaki around! Excellent noodles, appetizers, soup and service. Everything tastes fresh and prices are reasonable. They keep making small improvements to interior décor and seems like nicer place every time we visit.

I just came back from Korea and I was dying for bulgogi. So I ordered from them. It’s not exactly authentic style but close enough. I like the combination of flavors. Only I wished they add the Korean mushrooms. Then it would be the bomb. Definitely try it.

I found this place because I was on a search for a new ‘go-to’ teriyaki spot since the one I like on 100th burned down unfortunately. I believe it’s family owned: the parents handle the back of the house and the daughter takes care of the front of the house. She has great customer service and polite. The food is obviously delicious and for the price, they give you a substantial amount of food. Food is fresh, never pre-made. You can taste the quality of the food. Come try out their food. I recommend the tempura sushi roll; it’s amazing!

Love this place!!! We eat here often love getting take out. It’s hard to find a restaurant that offers both great food and customer service. The lady’s don’t even ask for my phone number when I order anymore they already know who I am. The portions are also very large.

This place is the truth. Very generous portions of delicious food, reasonably priced, with pleasant service to boot. We had the honey garlic chicken, beef fried rice, and broccoli beef. My only gripe(well, my wife’s, actually) was that the beef in her broccoli beef had obviously been cooked with shrimp or scallops — it tasted like shellfish mixed with beef. I traded her entrees, as I didn’t mind! Definitely recommend this place.

My partner and I eat here fairly often. It’s simple and straightforward, but the service is always friendly and the food consistently good. Great having them in the neighborhood!

I ordered chicken Teriyaki, it was very good. I am even happier about the fact that they offer brown rice instead of white if you want to go the healthier route. Egg rolls were delicious too.

New owner! New Chef! AMAZING! We ate here a couple days ago and it was simply fantastic. Better than any other teriyaki place in town that we’ve tried. We shared the wonton soup — yummy! CRAMMED with stuff — veggies, big wontons, egg, and perfectly balanced in flavor and seasoning. The soup could be a meal unto itself. I had the Kung Pao Chicken and Anne the Mongolian Chicken… both were absolutely fabulous! Delightfully well balanced in heat and seasoning, rich in flavor, perfect balance of meat and veggies in both. I honestly couldn’t decide which I liked better so we pretty much just shared everything. Amazingly good. New owners as of 6 months ago, and a new chef — and it’s WAY better than it was before(it was good, but not this good). The new owner just purchased the franchise(it’s a small chain). Interior has been updated a bit too, now with booths and not quite so spartan inside. 5 Unilocal stars all the way. Try that Mongolian chicken if you really want a TREAT! Dave

the place is always empty which surprises me but there are always people coming in and taking food to-go(which I now often do as well). my roommate is a vegan and she has a couple different options which she loves(especially the broccoli with tofu). I’ve tried the broccoli with beef, general chao’s chicken, pork fried rice, and teriyaki chicken so far. everything was solid and the pork fried rice was my favorite. it was a little too oily but nothing I couldn’t forgive. Definitely adding my place to the regular rotation of take out!

I’ve been here a few times since its pretty close to my house and I will say this place is definitely consistent! The lunch Specials here are a killer deal ranging from $ 3.99-$ 6.99 and you get a ton of food! The thing I like about this place compared to other Teriyaki Joints or even Chinese sit down restaurants is that THEY’VEMASTEREDTHECRUNCH! you are probably wondering«Mastered the crunch?» Well the crunch is when you bite into a fried food and it makes that nice crisp *crunch* sound. The thing you gotta understand here is that when fried food is cooked or smothered in a sauce **for example sweet & sour, orange sauce etc** it usually makes the batter soft or soggy but every single bite of my spicy chicken wing or sweet and sour chicken here went CRUNCH on me… YUM! Even the left overs the next day went CRUCH! Some places have perfected the crunch by overflying the food! Burning it and leaving it to die a miserable death however HAPPY at the Bays food is still super juicy and fresh on the inside. For the price this is hands down a good option in the area and I would definitely pick it over fast food!

The food was great – some of the best strip-mall teriyaki I’ve had. And good prices. But the TV blaring«Hannah Montana» almost put me off my feed. Unless they’ve got a vast invisible 10-year-old clientele, they should really reconsider the programming.

Nice surprise! Great prices, efficient and attentive service, clean and well lit place. The food was fine – I’d give the chicken teriyaki a B. Also had General Chao’s Chicken(deep fried, reasonably spicy) and almond chicken(not exciting, but not bad). They brought us soup(egg flower, bland but who cares) before we ordered. Not food to write home about, but perfectly good eating and everything about the place was above average. Will definitely return.
