I purchased a coupon for housecleaning and contacted her 4 times asking to schedule the cleaning. She kept telling me how far out they were scheduling and I’d ask her to schedule me that far out. Then she would refuse. This went on for many weeks. Clearly she did not want to honor the coupon. She was untruthful and unethical. What a poor excuse for a business.
