Absolutely terrible job! Barely wiped off the surfaces. Didn’t even clean the windows, mop or sweep the kitchen, dust the fans. I could go on. Paid full price and wishing I would have looked into their company first. If you have a living social voucher, just get a refund and find a better company. They should not even be in business. Reporting this to BBB as well. We called and told her everything she didn’t do, she was kind enough to come back and try to do a better job. I am in my shower currently getting the grime off that she claimed wasn’t going to come up. Ha. What a joke of a company.

It took two weeks to get through to them, then they never showed up to the appointment. Still no call or anything. Dont hire!!!

They were terrible! Don’t waste your time or money because you could do it better yourself. I paid for 2 hours with 2 cleaners and they were in and out in less than an hour. Place looks like I just went through and wiped off a few counters (and maybe missed a few others!). Huge waste.

I was so excited to have Simply Clean come and clean our home! We had purchased them through Livingsocial and I thought this could be our new cleaning company but I was SO wrong! The girl that came over (I wont name her) was nice enough but her work was horrible. She didnt clean the soap dishes, shower stall, she didn’t dust all of the window sills, she used endust on our flat screen TV! and more… I contacted Simply Clean and they said they would have the cleaning girl call us to come back and clean the things she missed! Ha! How embarassing for both of us! And, why would I want someone who did such a bad job come back anyways? Grrr, bad cleaning and bad customer service! The only reason they got two stars is because I didn’t pay full price!
