I found Blind Connections online and met with the owner at my house. He initially did not respond quickly, but got back to me and we setup a date for when we would both be available. He showed up as scheduled and I ordered blinds for the entire house at the end of Nov 2007. The blinds were to have been installed within 3 weeks from then. Without going into details, he forgot to order the blinds and did not realize it until middle of January. The blinds finally got installed in the middle of February 2008. He then also forgot to order the Shutters for a few of the windows, he then ordered them and the first round of the order, he said they were damaged before they shipped out so they had to re-do the entire order. We did not get the shutters until beginning of June 2008(yes that is about 7 months after the initial order). Now with the shutters installed, it looks as though he did not get the correct color as they are considerably lighter than the blinds they are supposed to match.(he stated they are supposed to darken up). We also have some valances that were cut the wrong size and are still waiting on a replacement. He does not return emails nor phone calls. If he does get back to you he makes up some excuse why he could not get back(traveling, sick, busy, etc). Usually you would expect a courtesy call or email response. I definitely would not recommend this company for any business based on my previous experience.
