Better Than Subway! Better Than Jimmy Johns! We go there every Wed. and Thurs. Night as we are on the run. Sports nights! A great light and full meal for my daughter who plays Volleyball all night. Keeps her energy up! The guys are really nice. Food is very good. I would suggest the BLT w/provolone and Mayo.(avocado would make it sinful) VERYGOOD… A lot of Bacon for Bacon Lovers. We are always running late and it seems they know it and get our food ready super fast. PS, the White Bread is really good. I COULDGOTHEREJUSTFORTHEBREADALONE but, when you add bacon wow… Pretty Happy they are in our city. Its nice to have more choices. This is definitely our #1 choice for Subs.(BTW don’t change your bread) Don’t tweak that…

Just had my first sub — went with the artichoke, avocado and provolone. It was delicious. The bread was soft on the inside and a little crunchy on the outside. The sandwich is enough for two meals for me. The only reason this isn’t a 5 stars is due to lack of a low carb option(perhaps a salad!?). Other than that, it was yummy and I’ll be going back

I had my first sub yesterday, turkey & swiss. It was amazing! The bread was absolutely the best part of the sandwich. The price was very reasonable. I can’t wait to have another one! I love supporting small, local businesses.

Subs were good and delicious. Glad to have a local sub shop near by besides subway. Will be back to try other Subs.

Good subs, wonderful bread. Service has always been great. Both my wife & I are from the East coast, brings back memories. A much needed addition to Firestone dining choices! We will be back.

Food was great! The only downfall was there wasn’t high chairs for our 1 year old. Love supporting local business! We will definitely be returning!

We are excited to see a new sub shop open in Firestone, especially since we have limited options around here. My husband had the pastrami and swiss and I had a meatball sub. Both of us were pleased with our sandwiches. The pastrami was flavorful and my husband loved the pickles. The meatballs were tasty — next time I think I’ll get extra cheese, but it was good provolone. Definitely not anything fancy, but tasty subs and friendly service. We will be back.

NY Subs is a nice little sub place in Firestone. There aren’t many options in town, so I’m always happy to see a new place open up. I had the turkey and provolone. It was tasty and a nice break from the other sandwich shop in town. My husband had the meatball and provolone and really liked it. The place was pretty busy on Friday night. There are limited tables so eating in may not always be an option. All in all it was good, and we will be back.

Good sandwiches for the price. The pastrami is really good. The staff is super friendly. Don’t expect a lot of exotic sandwiches or frills but when you make a few and you make them well, you don’t need all that other stuff.

Better than Subway. Not quite as good as Snarfs. Snarfs is very hard to beat. Will go back in a few weeks since the owner said they would be tweeking the menu. The small sandwich was smaller than expected for $ 4.95 and my son was still hungry. Always down to support local business.

Stopped in today to support a new, local business. They are located in the same location where Saddleback Subs used to be. Unfortunately, I don’t think they are ready for prime time yet. They opened up two weeks ago, but the store still looks like it’s under construction. Boxes everywhere, no signs on the walls, and computer printouts for menus. Their staff was very courteous but nervous at the same time. They are still learning the ropes. I was very patient and willing to embrace the newness. Prices range from 4.95 for smaller to 6.95 for large. Plus drinks, chips, and extras. Their menu is a bit limited but that’s a good thing. You can make any kind of sub that you want. I ordered a large beef and provolone on white bread. To my surprise, it was very meaty and very delicious. Nice job. First impressions aside, I’ll give them a few months to get established and try them again. Go support your local business. We need more shops like this in town.
