I LOVE Popeye’s! BUT, this place has really turned my opinion and unfortunately it’s the closest one to me! My boyfriend will never let us go back! We have tried multiple times, but each time the wait for the food is ridiculous. Once, we waited for almost a full HOUR to get our food! When we went inside to just get a refund, they gave us the food. Almost like perfect timing. We were not the only ones. The customer service is very unprofessional and rude. A few of the times items would be left out and just overall, our experiences have always been less than good. I personally have gone back one time since all of this and the experience wasn’t too bad. Hopefully they get better. I miss my Popeye’s biscuits. Lol.

It was great! I have seen a lot of negative reviews for popeyes. I have been there multiple times and, have not experienced any issues. I am not a fan of fried chicken but, when I go there I get there chicken tenders. The tenders biscuit and potatoes are great but, it is very pricey. If you are relatively wealthy go ahead and eat there.

Loved their food ! Even better, I loved the polite young man Horacio who was in the front. He was happy and smiling and obviously enjoying his job. That is awesome customer service.

First they allowed a rude woman to cut the line in front of me as they watched. They did nothing about this. Next I asked for dark meat and I got dry white meat instead. The jambalaya had no sausage, no peppers and no onions in it. I went to their corporate menu to see if the jambalaya was supposed to have those missing ingredients and it was. I figure that due to the incompetence level I should probably contact corporate instead of dealing with the local manager. So I contacted corporate, waited two weeks and got no response. Congratulations Popeyes, you have lost my family’s business.

Very good love this place but very cold inside can’t eat food fast enough before it is cold turn up the heat , very nice inside did some remodeling went in tonight and there was a very young man working very good at his job I told him he was very good at his job and he said he had only been there for 4 days thumbs up to them very polite young man

I don’t know why previous reviewers have been so negative about this location. I have been here a few times but this is the first time I’ve checked in on Unilocal.The restroom has always been clean, the dining room has been clean, and the employees friendly. The food is good, it is fast food, and it’s a hell of a lot better than kfc. No problems with my orders, portion sizes, or doneness. If you want some tasty chicken then stop here. Ask them what specials they have and they will be glad to tell you. My only thing is that I had a coupon on Unilocal but they could only take it if it was printed out. Maybe soon they’ll catch up in that area.

I don’t know what it is about this place but every time I go there they always botch my order or I end up waiting all day for my food. Sure, they make it right with gallons of tea or free sides, but sometimes I don’t want more food. I just want my food, in a reasonable amount of time, everytime.

If you’re on a diet and you’d like to just satisfy the fried chicken craving — this is the spot for you. 2 bites is all you will need to get all the meat out of the drumsticks. 3 bites for the chicken breast. We spent $ 25 on an 8 piece family meal and we were still starving. The chicken barely had any meat for the price. The place is dirty also… so if you have kids… you will be sanitizing their hands often. We should have just gone to Wendy’s or Carl’s Jr and for that price we would have left overs.

This IS the worst Popeyes I have ever been to! First off, the bathroom was filthy… I take my 5 year old son to wash his hands and the sink was so dirty, I had to lay down some paper towels on the sink beforehand. The trash can was overflowing with garbage. There was piss all around the toilet.
Second, the chicken was about 80% skin… I’m talking about two bite maximum for chicken on a thigh! Every piece was like that.
Third, the meal is for ‘dine-​in’, why this lady give it to us as if it’s to-​go. No plates, no napkins, nothing… when we I went up there to get everything, no one was by the register for about 5 minutes.
Lastly, an 8 piece family meal plus drink and extra side came out to about $ 27!!! To make matters worst when I was leaving m, I caught a glimpse of the ONLY advertised deal of 11 piece for $ 12. No where in the store or on the menu was that ad but just that on little poster on one window, on one side of the restaurant.
The WORST ever period!

Service much better today than a few weeks ago when everyone walked out on their shift. That was a nightmare all around. Today’s experience was way better.

Last week was the LAST time I will go there. We ordered the catfish dinner, which cost $ 7.00, and it is a huge ripe-​off. The dinner includes one small side, a biscuit, and two VERY SMALL pieces of catfish. I did go back thru the drive thru and asked if I could purchase more catfish and was told — No, we can’t do that — instead she gave me a box of popcorn shrimp. Be sure to check your order before you walk out the door.

Sat at the box for 10 minutes, now at the window for 20 with people waiting 20 minutes in the parking lot. You need more people working, especially after a game night. Get your shit together. Kudos to the poor guys stuck here

I usually LOVE this place, I still do! But I was just there and payed almost $ 6 for my lunch, rip ‘n’ chicken. I opened it and it was one piece of chicken and a small handful of fries. Which is plenty for me but not near worth $ 6 :/​other than that, I LOVE THIS PLACE. it’s by far the best fast food place.

I absolutely love Popeyes BUT if the particular store didn’t fuck up the order EVERY time they would have less waste AND more satisfied customers.

Chicken was great and NOT GREASY! I would have given it five stars but they forgot the coleslaw I paid for. I hate that!

I love their new digital menu. Very informative and the HD animations look mouth-​watering. Too bad what you get in your basket looks nothing like the picture. That’s if they get your order right.
This store is a free-​for-​all folks! The end of civilization as we know it. It is dirty and the guest service is non-​existent. I’ve seen middle eastern customers come in and eat with their dog. Native american males removing their shirts and eating topless in the dining area. No supervision whatsoever. Management is too scared/​lazy to uphold standards. What a waste. No thank you!

I started going to Popeyes as a teenager so I have a soft spot for them.
I live in FoCo and have been coming to this location for over a decade. In the last year restaurant has gone downhill: 1) bathrooms and eating area often dirty 2) chix often overcooked 3) sides are served in Styrofoam containers and aren’t filled to top anymore
I hope they turn it around or I will start driving by and not stopping

I really enjoy the red beans and rice and the food. The problem is there is so little it that when you leave you are still hungry. This is not good considering how much it costs.
I was here before and had a leg and wing that had virtually no meat. Had not been back since. Thought I would try it one last time and had the chicken strips and they were so small I was shocked. The three would be about the same as 1.5 in most any other place I would order them. The side portion of the red beans and rice was also small.
Popeye’s will not be getting my business in the future. Sad that they their portions are so bad.

If you plan on dining in between May and September, bring a jacket. The air conditioning is always unnecessarily blasting frigid air. The manager has a bad habit of putting the English challenged kid at the register and then usually tries obnoxiously to blame the botched order on you when it comes out wrong.

We have eaten here many times and always had great food and wonderful service…
