American Mattress

I had an amazing experience with Zach (the manager) at American Mattress! I was dreading mattress shopping, but Zach made it easy and painless. I was particularly grateful for how he listened to me criteria from the get-​go so he always new how to direct me for price/​budget, comfort, convenience, delivery-​time, etc. I waited to post this review until my new mattress was delivered this morning to make sure the delivery experience matched my purchasing experience, and it absolutely did. Zach called me the day before delivery to confirm delivery time (and a small adjustment needed to be made, which was fine). The delivery guys were on time, clean, professional, and friendly. The delivery process was so fast and easy. They even allowed me a moment to vacuum underneath my old bed before they set up the new one, which I also greatly appreciated. One thing that is very important to me as a person and a consumer is that actions and words match. That is something that I can say without a doubt is true of American Mattress’s service and delivery. The quality was exceptional, and the follow-​through exactly matched the words they fed me at the day of sale. I would highly recommend this business, and this location in particular due to Zach’s customer service. I am very happy I made this choice.
