Beautiful and clean restaurant. I always saw workers cleaning the floors and booths. Cashiers extremely friendly and helpful. It’s hard to wait in a line. Everyone seems to wait against the wall and just jump forward when they think they’re next. They need that metal bar that Wendy’s has to create a queue. The custard was delicious. Very nice family atmosphere and even though the parking lot was full there were tons of seats inside. So don’t be scared to come in and sit down. The location is a little wonky because of the nearby roundabout but it’s not that difficult.

This is your standard fast food fair. It seems like you are getting something a little better but the taste and quality doesn’t really match the marketing. Food is also really expensive for what you get. Your better off going to a sit down place where they serve you For the prices you pay. The ice cream is really good though.

Not sure why every time I order a sundae at the drive through, they give it to me with the spoon in it and no cover. I can’t drive and eat a sundae. When I ask for a cover, they give me one with a hole at the top. Can I just get a complete cover, what is the point of a cover with a hole at the top?

It’s a chain I know, however they have great burgers, fries and frozen custard. This location has an excellent staff and great service too.

Getting in and out of this place is a challenge. If you are not familiar with the area you will find yourself doing circles around the roundabout. Culvers is another fast food chain added to the area. Food is average. While its a nice store, I just struggle with giving it a good rating due to the difficulty of getting in and out of this location.

Very nice new Culver’s location. Culver’s is the only«fast food» brand that I frequent. It is quality«fast food» and I appreciate that the employees at every location I have visited(MANY locations since I travel through four midwest states for wotk) are always super friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Definitely a few steps above the typical sullen and unhelpful employees in many fast food chains. This dining room is very attractive, and the partitions lend a more cozy and private dining experience. Three tvs are available for viewing. The food is excellent, fresh, and cooked to order. The restaurant was extremely busy but service was quick and the dining room spotless. Tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as they became empty. This is a high profile location across from the hospital, near much shopping and at a busy exit off I-69. I expect that it will do a high volume of business. The challenge here is the complex roundabout on which the restaurant is located. I am very experienced with roundabout navigation, living in Carmel, the Roundabout Capital of the World. However, this roundabout is the most complex I have seen. It consists of multiple lanes, unique signage, and five exits. Throw in the many cyclists that travel through it from the Olio Rd. bike lane to make this a challenging roundabout. Even the directional sign looks like a giant spider!

Clean, and lots of very helpful staff. The girl that waited on us was very good. I do wish that they did not deep fry everything in the same bucket as the shrimp, I would’ve liked to have some fries. The roast beef on the Ruben was iridescent, but the management was very good about returning it. It’s a little bit odd sitting in a restaurant that has so many security cameras on the dining area. I expect them by the registers, not on me as I am eating. Five stars for cleanliness and staff. One star for iridescent roast beef. One star for deep frying everything with shrimp. Okay, so that one isn’t very fair. But I’m leaving it in.
