When we get donuts on some Sunday mornings, we get there early to make sure we get what we want! Having a 10% off discount card is always a plus. The donuts are always good, fresh and the staff is friendly most of the time. If you happen to get one of the guys who makes the donuts to wait on you, you will likely find the customer service poor. Those guys don’t want to be bothered. If you are waited on by one of the high school aged kids, you’re good to go. The guy who left a review about these donuts not being as good as Daylight Donuts has no taste buds, so he doesn’t really know what he is talking about and you shouldn’t put any wait into his review at all. And here’s a clue — Daylight Donuts is out of business for a reason. The apple fritters here are very good but my ‘go to’ pastry is the jelly filled.

Not as good as daylight donuts, but since daylight closed what else is there… they need to make an apple fritter!!!

I love donuts. Their donuts are good, but don’t have the flavor I like. I usually go in later in the day, the selection is Ok. I go there in a pinch. My favorites are the donut holes and the yeast rings or twists.

Good donuts. Very sweet so if that’s the donut that does it for you. This is the place. The donuts are large and the variety depending on time is good. Mixed customer service.

(insert Homer Simpson drool) Mmmmm donuts! Jacks is definitely one of the better donut shops around. They have a huge selection of donuts and even have the infamous tiger tail!(Half regular yeast half chocolate yeast) you just don’t find those many places anymore. When I’m in the area(and it’s still early because they always run out of the good stuff by like 10:00AM) I always stop here. They’re a great donut shop.

Love this place — they have a huge selection of super tasty, affordable donuts … and based on the line out the door on weekend mornings, it seems everyone in the Fishers area agrees! I would love it if they either had a few more people working during peak times or an express line for people getting under 5 donuts, but the line doesn’t usually stop us.

I usually frequent the Carmel Jack’s donuts, but I was in Saxony this morning and craving a donut so I figured I’d swing in to the Fishers store and grab one. What. The. F. Are these stores even related?! The donuts at the Fishers store were obviously old, the size of the apple fritters for the price was insane, and the quality of the donuts was laughable. I can’t believe this store and the Carmel store are even the same company. The donuts there are always amazing, usually still hot, and the apple fritters barely even fit in the bag! Lesson learned. Even if I’m in Fishers, I’ll still drive the extra few miles to Carmel or just forgo the donut entirely.

As a donut officianto, I can honestly say I’m not that impressed with the taste when you factor in the price and crazy wait times. I do not believe it would be this popular if there was addiquit competition.

Jack’s is a great local spot to fulfill your sweet tooth. Donuts are fairly priced. Lines are only long Saturday morning during the seasonal farmers market and Sunday’s after church. I love the cake donuts but they often run out in the mornings. Tip– skip the coffee. It is not very good. But all in all, it is a fun place to take the kids or grab a donut if you aren’t up for the drive to Longs.

WARNING: Don’t wake up early hoping for fresh donuts. I recently went to this location at 5:15 am on a Saturday and all that was available were donuts left over from the day before. The girl working told me the fresh donuts wouldn’t be ready for over an hour. Very disappointing! I called the Carmel location the lady working told me they start the day out with fresh donuts. So definitely go there.

The donuts are large, sweet, and covered in delicious frosting. I’m partial to the peanut butter cup donut, it’s to die for. If you are lucky enough to stop in the evening, the apple fritters are great when they come out of the kitchen. If you plan on visiting during busy donut hours plan on a line that stretches to the door. The wait is worth it though.

Not to the level of Tim’s in McCordsville but still a very good location to indulge your sweet tooth. There are typically a stack of pre-packaged yeast donuts for quick pickup and reasonably priced to take to the office. The inside is pretty spartan in its layout… the tables appear to be an afterthought. I will stop back here since it’s very convenient and reasonably priced… but Tim’s has won my heart. Need to get to Long’s as well sometime soon.

First let me start off by saying how hospitable they are! We came in for a Little Unilocaler’s Event and they were so welcoming and friendly. There are lots of varieties, and I was FINALLY able to try a croughnut! At the owner’s suggestion, we tried it with apple filling. It was really good, crispy edges, lots of glaze, and just a perfect dessert flavor. She suggested that it would taste like a Toaster Strudel. I didn’t get that, but it was pretty heavenly(they also have strawberry filling). I tried the edges alone without the apple filling and they were equally good. It’s a heavier pastry than a doughnut, so bring a friend. The thing that impressed me the most were the prices. Some of the newer doughnut shops charge like $ 4 each. Plain glazed were $ 1 here. At those prices, I could come here all the time!

Jack’s is probably my favorite doughnut place on the Northside. I have been in here several times and have not been disappointed. The cinnamon donuts are similar to a cinnamon roll with flavored icing on top. They are quite solid, so you really only need to order one, because of its density. They have a nice selection of the usual glazed, cake, and long johns as well as donut holes. I like that they are open until 9pm since I am not an early bird, but still have the option of getting my doughnut fix later in the day.

At work, we received some glazed and chocolate glazed donuts. Both were delicious but I really enjoyed the chocolate glazed donuts(if that what they are really called).

OMG, I love this place!!! I hate to review this place, because everyone will be going here now. Dunkin Donuts has nothing on them. We like them better than Long’s. This place hooked us on the MASSIVE apple fritters(AF). We were like Fritter«crack heads», chasing that apple high. We were calling and drive by looking for more AF several days a week. With no luck, because they don’t have an AF schedule. During that AF search, we enjoyed Giant Cinnamon Rolls of assorted varieties, Tiger buns and tails. And these Donssant which are my second favorite item. We joke that if we owned a Jack’s, we would be broke because we would eat all the donuts and never sell any. The donuts are made fresh everyday and never stay in the case more than 24 hours. If you have never tried Jack’s, you should check this place out. YYYYUUUUMMMMMYYYYY!!! Is all I can say.

This place is out of this world if your a donut fan! If your not a donut fan its simply delicious! The staff is friendly and the place is spic and span! Plus they are open until 9pm which is great for a donut shop! The other locations are open until midnight!

Ok… so there’s something wicked being sold here… They are called do’ssants…ANDTHEYAREEVERYTHING! Donut croissants or what others might call cronuts… order them, you’ll thank me later. The hubs and I had a hankerin for some donut goodness the other night and we stopped at Jack’s. They have cinnamon rolls with multiple toppings on them; chocolate, oreo, and chocolate chips. They also have a delish creation called tiger holes which are chocolate and regular donut holes molded together. I can’t keep typing, my mouth is watering… just go here!

These might not be the absolute best tasting donuts in the area, but they’re certainly the largest(and to be fair they’re quite tasty). Typical donuts are $ 1 each. $ 1.25 for a filled concoction. You can get a dozen for $ 11. Don’t pass up the applesauce cake donuts if they have them available, they just might be the best of the options. The donut holes are another option with pricing varied across the variety of choices(all are good). Overall this shop is a worthy contender for your morning sugar fix.
