Echoing what most say below– this DD is extremely slow. They are probably just understaffed, but management needs to hire more/​quicker people. It’s such a convenient location, but the wait time is obscene.

Busy location and sometimes they run out of stuff for lattes but the employees are always very friendly and I give them a lot of credit for that! I generally only use the drive up window. Service is usually quick and easy! The few times I’ve been inside I liked the large sitting area and the fact that it’s connected to the gas station’s grocery store is a plus!

Worst Dunkin I’ve EVER been to! Ordered a French vanilla ice coffee, the coffee had some type of chemical In It that burned my throat instantly! If I had to imagine what the taste of bleach was, that would be it! I Instantly vomited after ingesting what can be a number of what I can’t imagine… If I had to point people in the right direction I’d say go to the one by fishkill elementary school… This was an experience that literally left a foul taste in my mouth…

Nothing like getting all the way to work and realizing that what you ordered is NOT what you got…

Usually good, fast and courteous. Not today. I think they’re having a work slowdown. The car line was twenty deep and when I did finally get my order everything but the coffee (which I could see) was completely wrong! Hopefully the manager figures out what’s going on with his employees and resolves the issue.

Let me start by saying absolutely wonderful people. Great attitudes and very courteous. I go to this location twice a day. They know me by name now. It’s funny. I usually either get a iced coffee or hot chocolate and when I go thru drive thru the girls know my voice. Always saying hi how are you, how’s work today. Place gets very busy but my order is always made right every time. You can tell place is ran correctly and people are happy. Smiles every time I go there also Recently I happened to one day ask for the manager and a woman named Irene came to window. She thought something was wrong but actually I wanted to tell her that I really liked this location and keep up good work. Thank you.
