Wendy’s

What a shitty place. I usually come here once a week. Wendy’s brand taste the freshest out of the nearby fast food places. But the other day before work stopped by. Ordered usual and noticed they didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I asked for straw and they said they were all out. I have never ever heard a fast food place say they were out of anything especially straws. What a joke of a place and on top of that the drive thru is always slow.

This may be a brand new building, a brand new restaurant, but they’ll never have my business again.
I work with a road crew and was sent to Wendy’s today with one of the guys orders, and hoped to pick up something for myself.
I walked up to the counter and stood there for probably 3 minutes before I was acknowledged. The gentleman behind the counter instantly started grumbling about his coworkers, for what seemed to me, like no reason. I then proceeded to place my coworkers food order. After repeating myself 3 times to the African American man behind the counter who simply wasn’t listening to me, I finally got to pay for my coworkers food with a $ 20 and got back about $ 10 in change.
Next, I tried to order a meal for myself and my partner… my total was approx. $ 15. (2 baconators and a beverage) I attempted to pay with a $ 100 bill. No only was the her behind the counter rude about it, but he actually took the bill put of my hand before telling me he didn’t have enough change in his drawer. Never asked if I wanted to pay a different way; never offered a resolution, simply, and as rudely as possible announced basically to the whole restaurant that he couldn’t break my bill.
The manager, obviously a man who is a big fan of Wendy’s foods, continued to keep his head in his work, plating with their high tech soda machine, instead of correcting his employees attitude, or offering a solution.
This may be a brand new restaurant but they’ll never have my business again. I’ll gladly find another Wendy’s to spend my money at, outside of their Hudson Valley Wendico group.

The remodel looks quite inviting, and the young lady taking indoor orders today at 12:30pm was remarkably professional and friendly. The soda machine is the new mix-​it-​yourself type and they’re fun to use. The food was usual Wendy’s fare but the fries were salted far too much. It was more like French-​fry flavored salt. The round booth had a wobbly table and we had to stuff paper towels to keep the sodas from spilling. That cost this review a full star. Overall, I’d go back.

This location was recently remodeled. I like the new look, and really like the fireplace on the back wall. They even have outdoor seating.
Food is normal Wendy’s food. They have a new digital soda fountains here, nice.

I was at this location on Monday Nov 25 about 2:15pm. there was a very loud arrgument going on in Spanish between two of the Mexicans working in the kitchen. They were carrying on so much that a manager had to get between them. Mean while the girls at the drive thru were so involved in what was going on they stood there watching instead of doing their job. The only person in the whole place that did not involve herself and continued to do her job while this very loud, unprofessional scene was going on was the young girl at the counter. The people in front of me were so annoyed asking the counter person where their food was. We waited a significant amount of time as well. When we did get it, it was cold and the lettuce was wilted. Not a good experience at all!!!

Drive thru or walk-​in, this spot is usually pretty quick. The food is always fresh and tasty. Solid late night spot, or for the occasional Wendy’s fix.
