I have never received better customer service in my life. I go to this subway location all the time and the Sandwich Artists always have my bread ready for me when I walk through the door. I am always pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the lobby and bathroom. The Artists always ask me how my day has been, always eager to make my experience very memorable. I can see that their bread is second to none, golden brown Italian bread is my favorite. The Artists are very generous with their servings of veggies; and if you ask for extra, they will give you heaping amounts of extra food. Although the prices have increased in the past six months, I believe that Fishkill Subway hires the most compassionate people who give you a very personal experience that makes you want to come back for more.

Totally disagree with the other reviews. Yes the place is very small, the lines don’t move very fast. Plus they aren’t very friendly. They ask if you want a receipt (very strange) so I said no. Then I had a problem and they asked if I had a receipt and I didn’t so they said well we can’t help you. This is a total scam!!! Get a receipt all the time here. They also charge $ 1.20 (with Tax) for a tiny bag of chips which I asked if it was included and they just side stepped this and kept on ringing. The line was a bit long and I felt like I was being pressured to finish my order and pay. Afterwards I realized I was charged $ 1.20 for this tiny tiny bag of chips and when I went back to register they asked if I had a receipt. I didn’t and they said with an attitude we can’t help you. This is the worst bait and switch scam from a major national chain I have ever seen. I will not ever go back to this subway again… this place is a scam!!!

Great catering job for a large event at our church – 250 boxed lunches. That’s 250 foot-​longs, chips, and cookies! All fresh, delicious, and delivered on time. Highly recommended!

Slow service, smaller portions in comparison to other Subway Sandwiches.
This Subways is located at a busy shopping center, which includes free parking, but can get filled at times. The Sandwich Artists here are particularly slow, and also extremely skimpy on the portions. When I order a salad, the Sandwich Artist just fills the bottom of the carton. When ordering at any other Subway Sandwiches, it is piled so high that it barely fits in the carton. (Come on, it’s just veggies, not ever bread, and I’m paying footlong prices.)
When ordering sandwiches here, all portions are also skimpy. Ordering a Tuna Melt, the Sandwich Artists barely scoop ½ a scooper full per scoop. Everywhere else is a heaping helping.
As for the freshness, I’ve never received brown veggies yet, but I have received Tuna that was starting to go, and Meatballs that were tasting really off.
Goes to prove, not all Subway Sandwiches are the same. Find one that works for you.

Was sadly disappointed, not only was this store out of my way, but the food was dismal. Had to ask the sandwich artist to change the lettuce because it was brown, the bread was rock-​hard and the cookies tasted like chemicals. Would have gone back and asked for a refund but it was a six block walk in sub-​freezing temperatures.
I recommend avoiding this location.
