Worst manager ever! The lunch manager needs training on how to at least feign interest in her customers and doing her job.

I was there this morning for breakfast. The young ladies that handle the cash registers have no facial expression or look annoyed when taking an order. The tone of voice sounds snotty and unpleasant. I do wonder if store owners go undercover and evaluate these employees? Could any of us behave like this when dealing with the public? I think the commercials should go into this site and film.

Slow service. The staff seemed very confused. The drive thru line was very long. It toon me way too long to get a coffee and a water. As all McDonald’s, coffee always has too much sugar and cream. It’s confusing because they ask you how many sugar and cream you want, but no one ever knows what that means. The building is newly renovated and is nice inside.

* Rest rooms M & W were not clean * F Fries were cold and not tasty — no salt etc *Tried a Big Mac for the 1st time in approx 20 yrs. Sort of nostalgia I said to my wife as we shared the product. HOWEVER, it had an extremely bland taste; very sloppily made, cold burgers I generally stop at one of your locations at least once per week(to use the rest rooms). Please note I will continue to use your rest rooms but further limit my purchases. PS I recently had diarrhea at 2 different locations after having your latte. No more of them either.

I don’t know where do they get these people to work in these places. You literally have to wait 30 minutes to get an order No hello, I will be right with you or sorry for the wait. The manager on duty unresponsive to the people. I thought she would open another register like most places do.(three on a line call for back up) Not at all, no worries. The 4 important things McDonald’s should teach these people are simple. G. GREETTHECUSTOMER A. ANTICIPATETHECXNEEDS(ASK) do you need something else T. I am not sure how they do it, but EVERY time I come here the staff is incredibly friendly, especially at drive-thru. This says a lot about the management team. I eat McDonalds probably too much, but can honestly say I have yet to experience a more upbeat location.

The next time I’m driving long distances I’ll bring along a cooler with my own sandwiches and drinks. We stopped at this McDonald’s and regretted it. After getting our order, which took quite some time, we found that a worker had poured no less than half a cup of tartar sauce over my fish sandwich, quite obscuring the fish, the bun and filling the cardboard container. I’d asked for extra sauce, but that was ridiculous and of course I had to scrape most of it off to eat a very messy, slimy sandwich. Very funny. Our fries were cold and tasteless, unless you count salty cold grease as flavor. Food was lukewarm at best, obviously having been stored in a warming drawer for far too long. Even the sodas were bad, either too syrupy or too weak. About the only thing this place got right was hiring the man who kept the front of the house clean.

Okay, I know it’s fast food, but there’s a certain level of ineptitude that’s inexcusable. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but we had to wait on line so long as the staff scrambled aimlessly around that breakfast officially ended and we couldn’t get what we’d planned on ordering. We had to watch as the staff turned the crank, forever divorcing us from our hash browns. My girlfriend decided on a strawberry shake, but after paying, they couldn’t get the shake machine to work. It was only spitting out vanilla. While a fair substitute, it wasn’t what we ordered. Haven’t walked into a McDonald’s in years, and won’t be doing it again anytime soon.
