Normally, I would let this go. I wouldn’t mention it on Unilocal,but when you blame the customer for your mistake… I went to SmartStyle to have my bangs cut. Kelsey cut my bangs. I told her before I even sat down that I wanted them cut dry and I needed them cut BELOW my eyebrows. She proceeded to spray my hair with water. I stopped her and said that I wanted it cut dry(second time I told her). She started to cut. She stood in front of me as she cut so I really couldn’t see what she was doing. I reminded her a second time that they needed to be BELOW the eyebrow. She gave me baby bangs(an inch ABOVE the eyebrow. I told her that they weren’t below the eyebrow. Her response…“NO they’re not”. I walked up to the register and there were 2 other hairdressers there, talking,(possibly, the man was in-charge…it seemed that way). I mentioned to them that I had asked her to cut my bangs below the eyebrows and the man actually said…“Well some of it is”. Now, I was angry, but I would have let it go, except for one thing. As I was leaving, the woman who cut my hair, said to the other two hairdressers…“I knew it was going to be trouble when she wouldn’t let me spray(with water… told her to cut it dry 2x) her hair. Since when is it the customer’s fault when you make a mistake.

They were always great for my boys haircuts. Very friendly and fast. Haven’t been there since my kids were much younger, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a quick haircut for the kids! Prices are great and they also sell a lot of hair products at decent prices.
